Lazy customer service. I had accidentally ordered two of each item (my bad I know), but when I called to get this settled they put me on hold for about 5-10 minutes and proceeded to say "yeah we'll figure this out and get this taken care of". I said OK and guess what no response or fix came. This same semester I also ordered a chemistry lab book for CHEM/L 122 and they gave me CHEM/L 121's book. So I had to go back and return it for the correct class version. There is also a "digital delivery fee" for access codes for online textbooks. What a joke. Don't buy your stuff here as it is overpriced online junk that you can get for cheaper if you rent from somewhere else.

If you are ordering books and use a military APO address, get books elsewhere if possible. I ordered books in August of 2021 (it is now October) and I still haven't received any of them and we are a month into the semester. I emailed them for help and get the basic information on tracking which I can look up for myself (Shipped VIA UPS). I asked about a refund and no one answered that question.

Great people and big selection. The staff is outstanding!!
My wife and I just went to this bookstore to attempt to pick up a REQUIRED textbook for her law school courses. We ordered the book on 7/31, it was noted as in transit with a tracking number. When we clicked on the tracking number on 8/6, it stated the book had been delivered on 8/3, but it was not changed in the order list. On 8/7 my wife went to this store only to be told her book hadn't been "processed". We went today and waited over 45 minutes while 4 staff members attempted to locate the delivery. During this time we asked to speak to a manager only to be ignored the entire time we are there. This is wholly unacceptable behavior from an institute of higher learning.
Excellent bookstore. We were in town for a family reunion & wanted a t-shirt from UND since my father in law attended many years ago. First time visit. Very impressed with the variety of merchandise. Very well laid out. Very clean. Super helpful & friendly employees. Even has a little place to grab a drink & a snack. Great job UND!
Although this is a University bookstore, they are by no means friendly to students. My order in total was 13 books all of which were novels, not textbooks. One would think it would be a somewhat simple task to order and gather these books within a reasonable amount of time. However, after a month a half after ordering my books, I had only received 8 of them. It has now been almost 4 months and 2 of my books are still to come and have somehow disappeared from their store and were never sent to Wilkerson. If you can, please avoid using the UND bookstore and do yourself a favor - use Amazon or Amazon Prime.
