Greenwich Guest House

Room was clean and tidy, bathroom was clean. Unless you know the area transport to central london can be confusing. There is not many shops/restaraunts in the location. Ive seen previous reviews about a person with possible mental issues but did not hear or see him. Room was quite quiet. Tv, kettle, tea and coffee provided. The TV antenna is fiddly to arrange to get a signal

The entrance is an inconspicuous door next to a chip shop which opens up to a narrow flight of stairs (too narrow to carry a large suitcase). My room was clean and included a tv, wardrobe and a desk although the walls were very thin so you could hear the next room as well as the outside as it’s facing the street. Not a great view either.
This is suitable for a one night stay if you’re struggling to find anything but the overall experience felt dire. The surrounding area isn’t great and it’s a good 15 minutes walk to the centre/station.

Stayed here with my children last night, comfy beds and nice decor.
However, there was a lot of noise. Some bloke kept screaming "mista uk tik tok official".
It went on for hours, kids were crying, daughter wouldn't come out the bathroom. At one point the weirdo started shouting "I'm not a driller", I thought maybe there was a Jeffrey Dahmer in the building. I managed to catch a glimpse of the geezer the following morning, looked like a proper nitty, and we could smell the bo from a mile away.

For just a small room it had all you needed or expected. Unfortunately I checked out early as there was this guy there who kept shouting random things during the day and night. Things like 'mruktiktokofficial' 'come on get those likes up' I think he may be taking drugs or loves Disney as he talks to an imaginary dog called tanya and he forces this animal to watch lady and the tramp. He maybe taking mushrooms as he seems to be on a trip as he keeps seeing trolls. There is also a strange smell from him. It's a mix of body odour, Gone off milk and mould.

Stayed here but unfortunately was woken early by someone else staying who was continuously shout "Mruktiktokofficial" "My name is Kevin Wright no1 trendingbin the world" and "come on drillaz keep gifting". I think I may have seen the culprit leave earlier, a man in his mid 40s dressed like a 90s rapper wearing what can only be described as fake designer clothing. The person also has a hygiene issue as he was covered in flies.

I don't reccomend it, but if you have little money, its not that bad. Rooms are rather clean except of horribly dirty windows. The place is very hard to find, keys are not secured at all. Its good place for pleople who want to sleep in low quality place, who don't need to be cared. The water in the shower (3rd floor) was changing from freezing to boiling even if it you haven't change the temperature. Random stuff in the corner and no place to leave your belongings. Good things are USB port in walls, cheap food downstairs and tea/coffe on the table. Public transport is optimal, depends on your needs. In my opinion there are better guest houses in this area. Not going to book a room in there back again.

I had the worst experience in this place!! I was supposed to quarantine for 10 days, and even though the room was super clean it smelled horrible due to the windows being on the interior ventilation of the building and i could smell the fish from the downstairs fish shop. I tried to contact them to change the room and they said i had to wait for the next day. I woke up today on a mouse in the room!!! I panicked and called them to come help me yet they didn’t send anyone except after 2 hours!! And after all of that they claimed they had no extra room to give me and just returned my money with the first night deducted and just told me to find somewhere else!! Not caring that i put this place on my locator form. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The area it self was really sketchy, i didn’t feel safe and there was no reception or anyone to help in an emergency.
