Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Refused service to my disabled niece even though she has been there several times before. Was given rude attitude when we questioned her. Absolutely disgusting. Not handicap or even children friendly location. Looked at my FIVE year old niece and reminded her of her disability and sent her away crying.

Skyzone is such a fun place with an amazing community 10/10 for sure. The only downside is they often have to fill up the sky court, I think they should get a new one because it is always a huge attraction when there and would be an amazing investment

We celebrated my daughter's birthday yesterday and we had a pleasant experience. All the kids had fun and Leah, our host, did an amazing job!

Wish i could give zero stars!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Especially if you are planning on bringing a toddler. Its not a place for small kids. The staff is rude! We were there and all the staff did was constantly tell us we cant do this or we cant do that. They told me to bring my 2 year old to the tiny boring toddler area and it is behind a curtain and parents are supposed to just sit there and not jump. It is complete chaos and the staff are there just run around scolding you for every little thing you do and telling you what to do. Its messy and completely unorganized with the rules. If youre looking to have a fun time it will surely be ruined if you come here. Youll have people in your face every 3-4 mins scolding you and telling you that you cant do this or that. Its not cheap. Its $27 a person even the toddlers are $27. What a waste of $135. I feel robbed and im extremely disappointed!

I have taken a bunch of kids there multiple times with my daughter. They all loved the glow jump! Definitely recommend taking your children to get out of the house and get some exercise and fun.

I came with my kids and niece and I have to say I am disappointed. I have a one year old and despite of it I was told I needed to pay full price. The only area for “toddlers” was behind that net and was told that If I got into the trampoline part I would have to pay full price as well. My daughter because is only one was not able to jump and I spent only few minutes from the 90 minutes I was given. I go to the snacks session and I ordered fries and a soda. This is what was given to me. I looked at the employee first in shock and second upset that this was what was brought to me. I spent over $125 for a not pleasant experience. Will not return and will not recommend

This place is awesome. I bring my granddaughter every Saturday and she love it. She gets burned out and sleep really well. One of the workers there here name is Miranda is so patient with all the kids. She is very nice to all the kids . Thank you for hiring such a nice person.
