DINO KIDZ - Allen

This place is wonderful，has a lot of toys，my daughter asks to come here everyday. I take her here since she was one at least once a couple of weeks，she is 3 years old now，we still come here a lot of times，she keeps herself busy here and I am super relaxed. She also love the bubbles and dancing time here. Jill at the front desk is very nice，after I realized she is not the owner I was so surprised.😂

We had an amazing experience before even walking in. This was my first time trying Dino Kidz, and I called while on my way and spoke with Jill who was incredibly nice and very professional. My daughter had an amazing time, the place was very clean and I felt so comfortable there. We will definitely be coming back!

This is one of the best indoor playgrounds I have found in DFW. It is small enough, so that you do not lose track of your child. But it has many fun, interactive toys for children. Once an hour they do a party dance time as well for children. They keep the place sanitary and also have unique little toys, like a grand piano from Melissa and Doug at the very front.
The lady that works there, Jill is superb. She went over and beyond to make sure that we were welcomed and treated cordially. I will definitely be back for more play dates here.

From start to finish the staff of Dino Kidz were very attentive, helpful, and supportive of our desires as we celebrated my son’s 1st birthday. Thank you, Dino Kidz, for going above and beyond to make us feel special.

id love to say first and foremost thank you to dino kidz for making my sons first birthday a success! it was magical experience for all the kids especially my son. everyone had a blast and it was by far amazing. overall, it was great.. but the reason i don’t give a 5 star review is because of the lack of plates or forks when it came time for cake and a few other things. everyone had to use a princess themed fork as they weren’t prepared for it i guess. there was also a problem with the candle they provided as it went off mid birthday singing and it was kind of awkward since one of the girls working that night took a long second to realize it. i didn’t like that i had to call her over multiple times for her to notice and it kinda ruined the birthday singing part and made it awkward. it was also very awkward having to ask for extra plates as i thought for over 800$ they’d have enough. the plates they gave me for the cake were plain white and not baby shark theme as i payed for. i truly did love everything except for that slight unpreparedness. as the website said they do everything for you.. i was also about to be charged an extra 50$ just because i wanted to fit in time for cake and it was barely almost the end of the 2 hours… i wasn’t thinking about it since i expected them to fit in time for cake. everything felt rushed by the owner but i understand that everything should be according to schedule .. it’s just odd since i payed a lot of money for two hours mostly to have enough time for everything but i guess maybe it was a miscommunication on both ends. i also called in advance to mention i was bringing cake so it was odd to me that they weren’t prepared. goodie bags were also not as according to theme which was also odd since i payed a lot of money and expected at least the goodie bags to be according to theme. other than that, i really did love everything they did. i appreciate the work and loved that everyone had a blast.

UPDATE: owner reached out and apologized. as far as the small error made they acknowledged their mistakes and have since then changed this issue for future events. not many businesses do so , so it truly says a lot. if you’re thinking of having your birthday party here i recommend you have it here at dino kidz. the owner really does care about making sure you and your little one are happy.. and like i mentioned, the experience was magical for every kiddo that came to my sons birthday. it’s a one of a kind place with the special kind of mom & pop service you won’t get anywhere else. in all of the kid play centers i’ve gone, this one tops it all. thank you dino kidz for everything!! My grandson had a wonderful time at this cute play place! The staff is so friendly and the play area great for a toddler! He loved the Dance Party that they hold during the playtime! Great value!!

My baby and I loves this place! It’s so great for young ones. Jill is AMAZING and sooooo nice. We recommend this place to anyone with Littles. My baby is 14 months! The place is always real clean and organized as well
