The receptionist was definitely not there to help anyone. Awfully rude and extremely impatient with seniors!

We are happy with Dr. Tam and her proactive care of my 80+ year old mother. HOWEVER, there is one receptionist we keep having to deal with and she is awful! Very rude and impatient….every time. I understand she may be very busy, and I understand Chinese cultural differences and tone, but her client service is unacceptable. She even hung up on me because I needed some clarification. It’s unfortunate that this is the frontline to Dr. Tam and the other doctors.

Transferred here for a female family doctor, and ended up finding out they left and never told me...
Also, even when you're on time with appointments, they'll always make u wait 30mins, and cancelled my appointment today without having left any voicemails. Receptionists are rude and judgemental. If you love wasting time, it's a sure bet you wilL here 😑

Terrible service. Staff make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by being there. Making an appointment is a full time job. You have to call multiple times as the phones are usually busy. If you're lucky to have someone answer they put you on hold immediately and wait until you hang up. I only come here because it's close to home and I can walk over to make my appointment. I've called the office while sitting in the waiting room and I can see nobody is in the phone out with a patient yet they don't answer. The doctors are in it for money first and caring for patients is a distant second.

WORST customer service ever! The receptionists NEVER pick up the phone. Very rude to the patients. Clearly hate their jobs.

The doctors are fine but the entire support staff is very unprofessional, rude and impatient.

They never answer the phone, I started calling at 9:30am finally got through at 1:30pm

The older lady behind the counter is too busy with her phone to help anyone; she only looks at you right away when you need to pay something.

Their always late for their appointments my appointment was for 4pm, got in the room at 4:30pm.

The doctor's though are top notch, that's the only reason I keep on coming back and why I gave them 2 stars
