Worst Clinic in the world rude staff, lousy doctor and everything so expensive

the only clinic in my neighbourhood which operate on sunday. not sure about the registration service but Doctor was very gentle, polite, good attitude and provide necessary medicine only.

Bad places. My grandma went there but the staff all rude. Please improve. This is a field of job that need good people and patient. But all of your staff chose tu be rude. I suggest that all of your staff should be fired. They didn't deserve to work. Rude people. They didn't have the good behaviour to serve people. You as a staff should serve people politely and act like it. But then you chose to be like that. Don't work. Let everyone else that know how to serve people work . Please improve immediately.

My 97 year old oku mother got booster appointment at 1pm. I called up, the girl said lunchtime from 12:30pm to 2:30pm but if vaccination can come during that time. My poor mother waited in the car from 1:10pm until 2:35pm then only got the jab. 😓😓😓

Very bad of the registration counter of the indian gal. Talking very unpolite. Seems they got a lot of customer. This is the first and last, i will not revisit anymore.

Rude and bad registration service provided by staff. Blood test took on 08-05-2021 and after two week 22-05-2021 i yet to receive call and did call to clinic 4 times for asking but none picked up. Staff said probably when i called and someone called at the same time and how can she picked up my call?! Ok fine. Kept me waiting at the spot and at last saying probably Lab has missed out my report and without apologizing? Is it my responsibility to follow up that Lab missed out my blood test report? Please improve your staff service. Doctor service is good but staff really need improvement on the service.
