The water system here in Northcrest has been so freaking dirty for the last five year, yet the HOA has never mentioned about it to the house owners. I dont know what gave them the confidence to charge the home owners a high amount of fee each year when they didnt even try to clean the water system here. Most especially, there has been little to no water for the past 6 months for most afternoon, and I really don’t know what the HOA have been doing each day.

North Crest is an 87-hectare residential community. Residents have access to amenities like two large multi-purpose halls, 2 swimming pools, 2 playgrounds, a covered basketball court, an outdoor tennis court, and wide open parks.

Amenities are nice! Spacious function hall and clean restrooms. Love the swimming pool!😍

This is being developed by alsons. Same with the one who created with Ladislawa. House is so expensive. Before going here they have strict security guard to protect any their tenants. They have parks and even club house for the owners. This has so many long way going to my friends house. Desigm and architectural of the place is nice compares to any subdivision.

Went there for a wedding held in their resort. The place had a rustic vibe about it and their poolside was gorgeous.

The place is too away from the city proper but the place is good and you can see nature. The village has a covered court and club house for the home owners.
