Camella Davao

Went here to visit a friend and stayed for a night. Houses are well organised and security is strict when it comes to outsiders.

Great place if you want to live like you're away from the City.

Place is generally okay. However, the quality of housing is not really good. Thin metal is used for house frames and a few other issues can be found in the majority of houses. Drainage is a recurring issue. The catch basin for your sink is small and easily filled up. A few electric sockets can be missing upon assumption of the house. House wirings have been connected poorly and had to call an electrician to have electricity flowing properly. Too expensive for its quality but good for its location.

Nice Place.. Camella Davao Subdivision is located in Communal Buhangin, Davao City. Very near to the Davao International Airport.

Camella Davao is being developed by Vista Land.

Cute houses,peaceful neighborhood, polite guards but the entrance road needs some furnishing.

Very poor service. 2 years ago, we signed the contract and they said the house will be finished within 6 months, but until now still it's not done. The staff are not accommodating in terms of follow ups.
