Gilani H Dr

Have seen Dr. Gilani for over 20 years. He has been responsive to my medical needs. He is usually very pleasant and professional. He did very well with phone appointments through the pandemic. Sometimes he comes across as if he didn't register what I've said. I believe I has times of fatigue, usually assert myself clearly..and he then does hear me..and responds. He is hesitant to do referrals, but will do ..when asked for in an assertive, clear manner. Overall, I feel thankful to have a doctor, Dr. Gilani.

Have been with Dr Gilani for many years he has always been very pleasant and courteous however the same cannot be said for the receptionist. Extremely rude and disrespectful to deal with. Please Dr Gilani does this person represent you and your practice.

Dr Gilani is very nice and helpful Doctor.I have been seeing him for a long time but his receptionist is very rude and arrogant.hope he get someone who is little nicer to people.I’m very disappointed with the receptionist.
