Starbucks

I visit Starbucks frequently and I have never come across such impolite staff members. The main guy at the counter named Ravi, spoke to me very rudely. I asked him give me the drink in the plastic glass but he didn’t react to it and gave it in the takeaway glass.
Overall he was the only one who was rude the others were sweet.

The most beautiful Starbucks I've been in! Interiors are gorgeous.
Staff is kind and helpful always.
Washrooms are clean always.

The food was nice but the service is really bad. I forgot my Starbucks card on the table while dinning. Trying to contact them since 2 days. The store has put the wrong number on website and the store managers phone keeps on ringing, he neither takes the call nor calls back. Didn't expect this from the staff. Disappointed

The employee's here don't allow students to sit during their free time @starbucks is that compulsory to order anything to spend your time their or you guys just wanna do marketing and earn..

I have just now took 02 nos of frapachino from your unit firstly my card was not given back have to go back and secondly when i brought home the take away there were no straws in it the entire drink was waste for me wuthout straw

It has a nice view, spacious and polite staff.
Only thing they can add is to serve on the 1st level as at times it's difficult to climb up with a tray with 2-3 drinks.

Not so delightful experience as compared to other Starbucks in Mumbai.
The food served didn't seem to be fresh, I had the spinach corn pattice which didn't taste as good as I had at Starbucks kanakia wall street andheri east, they prepared a fresh one on order also the staff was too good there...
Here it seems opposite, the staff wasn't too interested....
Overall didn't feel to be at Starbucks at this Branch
