I am a regular with chaayos at one BKC.
I have no complaints when it comes to staff and service but there is one issue which is still not resolved which is of the air conditioning.
The AC is not working at all.
I would request you to take this seriously and come up with a solution.
It's uncomfortable not just for the guests but for the staff working over here.

Gallery Cafe is based at Radisson hotel Andheri. They offer such a vibrant and lavish buffet spread with 50+ veg and non veg options. Unlike other buffet places, their taste of every food dish is delicious. Kudos to the chef. Loved all their starters especially. The staff is very courteous and the ambiance is perfect for a fun family or date dinner
One of my referred, hence visited the gallery cafe and this is very amazing. Every food item we tried was delicious, staff were friendly and the atmosphere was amazing, neat and clean. Finally worth for money. It's a great place to visit with family or loved ones

Recently when I have visited Gallery Café in MIDC Radisson for early dinner and I am quite impressed about their seating arrangements and overall ambience. The servers and chefs wearing masks all the time. Also, one more thing I have noticed that the food was really great food. The menu is mix of Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes.
Also, they have plenty of options in not only in appetizers but in mains too. My favorite section desserts have a lots of varieties.

Amazing Live Dj music as it was a Saturday night, typical and flavourful Parsi food dishes, if you want to enjoy authentic Parsi food and dance on to your favourite 90’s Bollywood music, then this is the right place for you.

This is one of the best restaurant that I have visited recently.. a great taste with a great spread on the buffet as well as a la carte menu. The staff was very courteous and helped us with the best options taking into consideration the dietary restrictions that my wife has. It was a pleasure to be there and dine in this lovely restaurant.
We visited this place cause it was nearby , atmosphere is good, ambience is good. We ordered Desi Masala chai, Ice tea, bun maska, Palak patta chat. Masala chai was not good, ice tea was bad, bun maska was really disappointing, they gave slightly roasted burger bun cut into two pieces with lil butter. Palak patta chat was good. We will never visit this place again.

If you want to try authentic Parsi food, do come here because you’ll fall in love with the cuisine. The food, from starters, to desserts, will give you an essence of Parsi food. The ambiance is amazing and retro, and the service is wonderful. The servers have a good knowledge of the cuisine so even if you’re new, you will definitely have a good time. You have to try their desserts, though it was a bit sweet for my taste, but definitely try it for the experience.

Lotus Cafe has one of the most amazing buffet spread. We had a sumptuous meal and it was relishing experience. Loved the Awadhi Mutton Curry and the Phirni.

Recently I visited a gallery cafe and this is very amazing. My first reaction was amazing my eyes are getting glowing just by seeing the ambiance. Very well decorated organized stuff. Now to the food part, you would love the breads they made these are completely handmade and tasty. You can have pizza and beverages also. The staff is very cool and calm. Waiters respond to your every problem.

Didn't expect this place to turn into a night club on a Friday night.. Food and drinks are very very good.. Service and ambience made the night all the more memorable.. The DJ played some nice mixes from the 90's .. Worth visiting if you like your food, drinks and bollywood music :)

Entire floor resonant with music and also is spacious and with beautifully artists impression of pillars holding different cutlery. Left side is for Chaat lovers, you walk straight and one by one you will find salads, mains, desserts (veg and nonveg in straight sitting). You see live kitchen that helps to interact with chefs and customise order. They have multiple live counters chaat, south Indian, Chole Kulcha, Assorted breads.
Food served here is worth paying for. Quality is not compromised. Though the spread is not overwhelming but quality retained.
Though I avoided Chaat to focus on major buffet part. Paneer Tikka dry, Cheese pocket fillers didn't disappoint. Mocktail had a nice fizzy lemony taste to it. In mains chhole retained spices became soft to chew went so well with kulcha. Dal Fry was thick and justified name. Mix veg had a nice spice with peppery taste I found more bell peppers in it. Paneer Butter Masala was overly cooked I believe.
In desserts I love Paan Kulfi Infused with gulkand aroma. Your mouth immediately filled with aroma of paan. Rest of the desserts were good however apple and small pieces of biscuit was confusing.
Had a strong cappuccino coffee to end this Brunch. Staff was courteous and immediately clean the table. Didn't take time to replace kulcha. Rice was hot ditto with Kulcha served.

Service go down and this very sad. For many years coming was very upset yesterday brunch staff. Unprofessional all include main persons and head. Decided with husband change place on next Sunday.
The place was quiet early evening but soon there was a buzz in the restaurant and two reasons for people to flock in - ambience and food! There are enough options for a veggie and non veggie delight. The must try ones are - khari pizza, paneer poppers, keema pav, rasberry soda! Pork ribs were a tad dry and the Andhra chicken was a bit sour ....but we were very happy with all the food we ordered and smacked off the plates clean!

I had ordered shawarma and momos . Momos were undercooked. And shawarma chicken was not upto the mark. Hygiene should be improved

My first visit to the ORCHID restaurant was shortly after it reopened after the lockdown, and the assortment of food was amazing. There is no better breakfast, brunch, or dinner buffet in town than that at The Boulevard. Dessert and chat are undoubtedly the best parts of their buffet. The buffet is highly recommended. Both the food and the atmosphere are excellent. All staff members are courteous and helpful.
Recently visited this place with a friend for dinner buffet and it was amazing. The vibe was really very good and the crowd was also very decent. Seating was quite good and comfortable and also they’ve had made sure that they are maintaining the social distancing regulation. The staff was also decent and helpful.

After repeating order 3 times on call they deliver wrong food items and also not accepting it. I often order from cafe sultan but after ignoring the delivery time after several time this is the worst thing to do they deliver food items more than 1 hour within 1 km area and food quality is also not good very disappointed

What a happy accident this was. I am new to Mumbai and chose a coffee place at random to do some work. I arrived not expecting such a grand experience. High quality food and service, with individualized customer attention. A great place to bring a date or family for a meal. Or you can just be some random expat that wandered in off the street like me. :)

Their coffee & tea is one of the best across the Mumbai breakfast buffets. Service is good & seating area is nice with a 6 floor water fall view! The oldest halal food serving hotel in Santacruz. You won't regret having their keema paav available only in the morning time. They have closed their kebab counter due to lockdown. Good food at reasonable price.

They had a great variety of delicious desserts including vegetarian and non vegetarian salads like, Pepper Sausage, Cured Basa, Roulade, pita bread, hummus, Caesar's salad.
They had live counters for Italian and Chaat cuisines. We had fresh alfredo penne pasta, tossed right out of the pan. The chacha at the Chaat counter also made delicious chaats. The palak pakoda chaat, papdi chaat and the kachodi chaat were truly finger licking.
The entrées had a continental, asian and muhglai selection. The Baked fish pie and the Chicken Dum Biryani was amazing. I truly loved it.
The desserts selection were a bliss. A range of rabdi, kheer, gulabjamun, pattiseries, jellys, mooses, panacottas and a lot more are truly a star ending to a delicious meal.

Worst n xtreamly drty tatly unhigenic hotel in santacruz.. Dnt even think to visit or order anything.. I persnly experience it's kitchen... Used unwashed, wipe with a drty cloths dishes. Reuse remaining food of a customer for new customers... So be. Careful..

Visited this place on a Sunday Brunch without any prior table reservations. When I entered and started looking at the entrance, the place looked very interesting. I thought and expected that I am going to surprise myself by indulging into a lavish buffet and fine dining experience.

Visited this place on a Sunday Brunch without any prior table reservations. When I entered and started looking at the entrance, the place looked very interesting. I thought and expected that I am going to surprise myself by indulging into a lavish buffet and fine dining experience.
The place is quite specious and has a really cool vibe.

Boulevard is a 24 hour's open buffet Resto-Bar located on the first floor in a very well known 5 Star Hotel The Orchid. This place offers buffer almost all the time, Morning, afternoon, night and mid-night as well. I went here on last Saturday for dinner buffet. In buffet they have soo many different varieties for both Vegetarians and Non-Vegetarians. They have Mocktail's / Cocktail's, Indian Starter's, Italian Starter's, Side's, Salad's in both Veg n Non-Veg, then they also have live Chaat and Pasta Counter's, live Pizza Counter they have only on Sunday then Main Course, Dessert's and everything which a proper buffet should have.
Coming to what all we had :-)
~ Mocktail's
1• Fruit Punch – We both had fruit punch only as it's my one of the favorite Mocktail.
~ Side's
1• Vegetable Sandwich – There were 2 type's of sandwiches with American fillings. One of white bread and second of brown bread.
2• Nacho's – There were Nacho's but you had to make them by your own with your own choice. For nacho's they had kept nacho's with salsa and cheese n all so you yourself can make it.
3• Bhakarwadi / Dhokla - Both were very nice especially Dhokla was too soft and good.
Then they also had Watermelon and Muskmelon in Fruit's. And also they had soo many soo many different varieties of Salad's in Veg n Non-Veg both. After this they also had products containing curd like curd rice, mix raita and simple curd.
Mainly they had all these things in Side's.
~ Chaat's
1• Dahi Vada
2• Aloo Chaat
3• Samosa Chaat
As I have mentioned that there is a live Chaat counter where you can order whatever you want and the chef himself make it live. We ordered for these 3 Chaat's and we really loved all the 3. Especially Samosa Chaat was too damn good.

2• Aloo Chane ki Tikki
3• Mushroom Tart
All these were really nice in taste, Tastewise all were just amazing. You can also order whatever you want.
~ Main Course
1• Khade Masale ka Paneer – It was a bit different which I had for the first time. It wasn't like Shahi or Kadhai Paneer but it was just totally different which only had a different type of masala.
2• Bhendi Chi Bhaji – It was like simple Bhendi Masala only but in it there was onion's also. That's it nothing different.
We only had these 2 dishes but there were soo many other dishes also available like Rajasthani Kadhi, Subz Panchvati, Methi Mutter Malai, Aloo Jeera, Mirch ka Salan and Dal Lasooni.
~ Dessert's
1• Shahi Tukda
2• Chocolate Pastry
3• Angoori Rabdi
4• Mud Cake
5• Pineapple Jelly
6• Kaju Katri
We tried all these dessert's as I'm a dessert lover and all these dessert's were just perfect in their way. Loved all these.
They also had some other types of Barfi, Cake's Mousse etc.

Boulevard is one of the famous restaurant since ages. Orchid can be easily said to be one of the best ecotel hotel since years. Buffet of them had really lot of options. View from the restaurant is excellent too. Certainly a must visit restaurant if you want to enjoy the lavish spread. Strongly recommend, go for it.

Food- This being a main restaurant of the hotel, it is open 24*7. You either can go for a la carte menu or decide to go with the lavish buffet spread. We decided to hog on buffet which looked really impressive. Buffet consist of soup, salads, farsaan,starters, Chaat counter, main courses, desserts.(5/5)
Soup was the first dish I tastes and was highly impressive with the taste of it. It was seafood clear soup which was made with fish stock, fish chunks, thick sliced celery. Great way to start.
Chaat counter had various options like seven Puri, dahi Puri, dahi wada, bhel. You have to order your dish to the chef who was standing on the counter and he will send it to your table.
I had a go at dahi Puri which was delicious.
Starters they had paneer Tikka, corn bruschetta, fish fingers, chicken in Asian style. Fish finger was the dish I kept eating for long, fresh fish and crispy enough.
Salad counter had mix of veg and nonveg salads, loved the smoked salmon salad and tuna potato salad.
Very rare that I saw a farsaan options in multicuisine restaurant of 5*. They were serving bakerwadi and khokla, I didn't try it though was looking tempting.
Same section had options of nachos with in-house cheese sauce.
Main course really had many options. Pasta live counter seemed very busy. I opted for more Indian food as awadhi gosht korma caught my attention. Excellent colour with medium thickness gravy and well cooked lamb in it was heaven with the butter naan (any bread options you like) which they serve on table.
Dishes like Pan seared fish with garlic cilantro butter sauce, chicken in black bean sauce were a must try.
Coming to rice , I saw Chicken biryani first time itself when was checking the buffet. So took biryani with some for a gravy. Biryani was well made with long grain rice, garnished well with fried onions and had extraordinary aroma of it's own, Enjoyed it.
Dessert section is always said to be the best part of any buffet, it's true. Here they had mix if Indian and continental desserts. Had dark chocolate mousse, kiwi mousse, peach apricot jelly, Chocolate mud cake , strawberry salsa with caramel mousse etc. Had ice cream options along with black current Halwa and kesari kheer.

A very nice restaurant in Santacruz right at the Abdul Hakim Chowk at Golibar. This place is a great place to eat good food at nominal prices. The food served here taste extreme good. Ideal for Families and Young couples and college students with big friend Circles looking forward to spend a good time with their loved ones. There's a separate area available for family as well as a separate air conditioned area to eat. Chai here is extraordinarily tasty. If you're on a budget and want to have exquisite food this is the place to be. Furthermore this is a very old restaurant and have a very good reputation and good will and is quite famous as well. Must visit in my books
