Absolutely terrible customer service. Doctor never followed up and prescribed double medication after explaining to him I already was previously prescribed.
The office lady I spoke to was extremely rude and put out. I paid at the time of my appointment then a week later, conveniently, received another bill. When I inquired she acted as if I should give her a break she shouldn't be expected to be accurate on the bill at the time of appointments, even though she had a month to figure out my out of pocket with my insurance.
Small town attitude with little patience or service. I will never go back.
