The family practice is the best I’ve had my whole life. The staff is kind, they take time to get to know you, and I don’t feel like I am just a number to make them money. Dr McDaniel especially has been very helpful for both me and my wife and I appreciate all the attentive care the clinic provides. Thank you IHC!

Typical IHC facility. The facility is great, brand new and looks really nice, but the staff you get the same kind of care. They don't really take the time to listen to you, nor do they try to get to know you. You are just a number and the more numbers that they can press though the clinic the more money they make. What a joke, IHC and all of it subsidiaries, are nothing but a money pit.

If you have your choice in health care don't go to any IHC facility. Go somewhere else.

Took my girlfriend here because she dislocated her shoulder and we didn't know what to do, we spent about 6 hours just to pop her shoulder back in place and they charged us $6,000+. Never coming here for anything again. Don't go here if you value your time and money.

I am so impressed with Julianne Fallentine (NP)! She is the first doctor that has truly felt genuine, authentic, and caring. I have never had a doctor that made me feel like a real person instead of another patient until I came into her clinic. She is super nice, very professional, and even when I called and left a voicemail, she was quick to call back and help answer my questions. I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know!

My wife experienced some major pain during her pregnancy over the weekend and wanted to schedule a follow up just in case or at least talk to the doctor. The receptionist didn’t even transfer to the doctor or a nurse nor did she explain WHY the pain occurred. Shouldn’t a pregnant woman be given the priority to speak with her doctor? Now, we are planning on switching to another provider.

Been here 3 times so far and each time it has been a perfect experience.

No real wait times in the lobby or in the office when they call you back.

The MA is efficient and friendly. They ask all the right questions and make sure they cover everything.

My doc, Dr. McDaniels is great. I've never had a doc sit down and take the time to explain all options and treatments like he does

We had an unfortunate accident that ended us up in your Spanish Fork ER.
From the moment I got in the wheelchair at arrival to the moment I left the staff was amazing. We are from California on vacation. We were on our way to see a concert in Denver Colorado for our 25th wedding anniversary.
I was treated at your facility on August 2 at about 6pm. I don't know if there is any way you could single out who was working that day, I would liked them to be thanked. They went over and above with their service.
