Sunny Cycle Palm Springs

We had so much fun. We had another group join, and it made it so fun to cycle around! I booked 2 weeks before, and everything went smoothly. We had a blast. Alfred was our driver! 😊

Me and my group of 5 had a ball. It was 2 other groups, that was so nice to wait as my group arrived late due to going to the wrong Casino address. Alfred was so nice about giving us the correct directions and waited for arrival. Alfred made sure every one was comfortable asking riders to introduce themselves an ice breaker which made it easier for all to interact during the cruise. Alfred was a great host.. Pictures attached are from establishments we visited during the cruise. A must try experience. Thanks Sunny Cycle.

I had booked our Sunny Cycle "tour" for three people almost two months in advance. Two days before our scheduled time I received a text that we were the only people who had booked at our time slot so we would need to move our time slot to the next day and join another group. I had to move some things around in our itinerary but we were very excited to do Sunny Cycle so we wanted to make it work. We had Alfred as our driver, he was great - always a smile on his face, courteous in giving us directions and time checks and making sure he got us back to the drop off spot so we would make our dinner reservation in time. My reasoning for only 2 stars is that for the price of the tickets to go on Sunny Cycle, you are not allowed to have alcohol on the bike/cart and you also have to pay for your own drinks at each of the bars you are dropped off at. Of the three locations we went to, two of them I would consider hole-in-the-wall/dive bars, definitely not the MCM, Pinterest aesthetic that you would probably hope for. Both bars were extremely hot and uncomfortable. The bartenders were not happy to greet us, actually seemed annoyed that a group of 12 walked in. It would be nice if you could either a. allow customers to bring their own alcohol to drink while on the ride (which I understand they are working on) or b. partner with local businesses who would ENJOY having a large group come to their establishment and offer a discount on a drink. Otherwise, it seems like a glorified, overpriced Uber... not worth the price in my opinion.

Recently booked Sunny Cycle for my bachelorette and it was perfect for our group of 11! From the moment we reserved to the day we did it, they were so accommodating and communication was excellent throughout. It was our driver Alfred though that really made the whole experience a success. He was incredibly helpful, being the driver, the time-keeper, the party starter all-in-one and ensured we had everything we needed to have a good time!

The scavenger hunt activities were hilarious and got everyone involved :) I would definitely recommend to anyone celebrating something special in Palm Springs!

Be prepared for them to cancel on you only a few weeks before because “they double booked”. I booked and paid in full 5 months in advance and they decided to cancel my reservation vs the other party without any explanation. I would not advise booking with them because of how unprofessional the whole experience was.

My group and I just got back from a Bachelorette weekend in PS and we started our weekend with this. We had a great time and it was super fun but………. We were very disappointed in how they handled our transportation at the end. We were at our second to the last stop and we all had a round of drinks and they realize they got a flat tire which I understand things happen it was communicated 1st to some of the girls that were not in charge of this booking that they were going to try and get it fixed or we would have to get an Uber back or walk back. We were in no rush so we told him that we would wait and see if they could get it fixed to just let us know and then we would decide what we wanted to do so we all ordered another drink while we waited well then I’m not sure how long after that happen But in between that time I had use the restroom with the bride and after that I noticed the bike wasn’t there anymore and I told one of the girls I said hey they left without us they didn’t tell us anything and they said oh yeah they came over here and told us they couldn’t get it fixed and so they had to be picked up which I thought to myself if they could get a ride to be picked up and dropped off at the starting point why couldn’t they have done that for us why did we have to go and pay extra to get an Uber or walk half a mile back to our starting point which is where we should have been dropped off regardless because that is what we had paid for. I felt like that situation could’ve been handled a lot better considering we were a big group of girls in an unfamiliar town and had been drinking and I felt like it should’ve been their job to make sure we got back safely. If it had not been for this it would have been perfect and a great experience.

We were a group of 12 girls for a Bachelorette weekend and did the 2 hour Sunny Cycle trip. Jen was great and so accommodating! Seriously major props to her, we move fast and can be a demanding bunch 😆 We had a blast dancing and cycling around, and stopping at local bars.
