Cappuccineria

I ordered Trdelnik with Oreo and ice cream, and it was not tasty. Trdelnik itself was dry and cold. Coffee is okay.

Popped in for an ice cream and a coffee. The food was lovely and the coffee was fine too. We felt it was a little pricey but actually worth what we paid. Until we realised they had charged us for a 3rd coffee that we had not asked for. When I asked for my money back I was told point blank no, that I must have ordered the drink. There was 2 of us and 3 coffees… you do the maths. I’d even ordered as concisely as possible to make it easier as we are tourists and don’t expect everyone to understand us clearly.

Disgusting practise, for the sake of £3. Will not be returning and advise others to avoid.

Good, food was nice. Iced Americano really intense and refreshing.
The only thing which makes my opinion worse is that we didn’t get what we ordered but still tasty:)

I had a terrible experience there today. I took an orange juice in a can (which is highly overpriced, but taking into account the location, it is acceptable) and a piece of pizza. That pizza was made yesterday, it was totally untasty and hard like a rock. I had to wait almost 5 minutes to get that piece of pizza, after I paid. It looks nice and fancy, but pizza should be fresh and girls working there should be more polite and interested in their job!

Everything was good, however there was one guy shouted out after waitress. And when somebody try to sit he shouted “Order inside” and that scared all the customers.

The environment is nice but the coffee was below average and overpriced. The large ice coffee we ordered was half the size it was supposed to be and half foam, and not the sweet foam that comes on some coffee, this was from blending the coffee and milk too long and it didn't taste like anything. Very disappointing for the price. I saw there was a lot leftover in the blender that she dumped in the sink. I don't know if there weren't enough clean cups in the correct size or what...

Staff was not friendly and awkward. The coffee was fine of course, but the hot chocolate was of very poor quality. It only had the colour of hot chocolate, for the rest it was basically warm water.

The sandwiches were laying for a long time in the shop, up to the point that they could've told us it was not available anymore honestly..

Normally I am really not that demanding for places like this, but this were just basic things being bad.
