The building has an Airbnb operating out of the 4th floor, and she is advertising her flat for 7-10 people. She is active on the Airbnb website as of today, September 16th 2023. She misrepresented the space and how many people could be housed by the flat, and she knowingly hosted us despite the law mandating that she host no more than 6 people and that she stay with us in the unit during our stay, which she did not. Days after we checked out she requested $1710.00 for a cut she supposedly got while cleaning the flat; she mentioned that a simple bandaid ameliorated her “cut” but now she needs medical attention. I urge the building to address this situation.

My wife, dog and newborn baby were in the first handful of people to move in in late 2018. Loved it. Staff are exceptional. Awesome amenities. Lot of good memories. That rooftop 😍. If we didn't move out of New York in 2020 we'd probably still be there.

Moved here in summer 2019, it’s an amazing building. The rooftop is spectacular & has a great vibe for young professionals. The summer is like a pool party every weekend. Met a lot of great people living here, only downside is the neighborhood isn’t as developed as Williamsburg, you usually need to take the train to go anywhere you really want.

The advertising slogan for the building is “Where you are is who you are”. This is EXTREMELY offensive and in very poor taste. Didn’t even want to look at the place after driving by it and seeing this huge advertisement hanging on the side of their building. In what world do they think that is an appropriate message. Absolutely disrespectful and very tone deaf clearly

We love it here. The staff is great. We love location. I agree with the embarrassing message on our building however. Not sure whose idea that was but we almost didn’t move here because of it.
