They haven't paid me over £1000 in wages! Very stigmatised workplace, unsupportive and manipulative managers.

I worked here in December 2021 to May 2022 and recieved a letter saying I owe them £743 after 10 months of leaving the place. DO NOT WORK HERE

Teleperformace is the worst company you can work for. They lack in communication skill and don’t know how to work with there employees. I don’t know who they hire but everyone at teleperformace is shambles. They over payed me 3 times and expect me to pay them back £700. The admin/finance team definitely failed maths gcse or it must little kids controlling the payments going out. Avoid at all cost.

Terrible experience applying for a job role within teleperformance. Firstly, I was offered a role and given a choice of start dates. After accepting the job offer and choosing my start date I was told this date wasn’t available. I had many questions regarding the role which I would query through the two email addresses I was given. After a couple of days and still no reply I called teleperformance to chase up the role, to which I was told they had given me the wrong emails and gave me what was apparently supposed to be the correct ones, however not surprisingly this still offered me no reply. I finally received a call from teleperformance asking why I hadn’t been in touch with them to which I explained my issues with communicating to them. After a lot of hassling them I was finally sent over the tasks I needed to complete in order to get me ready to start my new role. Now just weeks away from starting my role and spending a lot of time and effort on the onboarding tasks, I have received an email saying they have over filled the role and will be withdrawing my application. Very disappointed in a company treating their potential employees in this way.

DO NOT WORK IN TELEPERFORMANCE, I Read the reviews and thought I will have my own judgement about it and worked there. Never again. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. It’s a horrific company you are working for. I left 4 months ago and my equipment hasn’t been picked up and they have no concern in taking it. The management is horrendous and they didn’t even give me a day holiday and I was working there for 6 months, I would have to call in sick for me to have a day off. I was working full time and they just didn’t care. Don’t work for them it’s not worth it.

Got a disciplinary meeting for missing work due to a miscarriage.. great stuffs. Very unqualified people. It's like being in prison but I'm real life once you enter the doors of the building. You are timed for everything you do. The call center manager never had an ounce of compassion for the case.
