I visited the ee shop as my phone had totally broke I have type 1 diabetes and couldn't use it to scan my sensor and all the staff went above and beyond to makesure I had a phone that day couldn't tell you how helpful and understanding they were credit to all the staff absolutely amazing im so happy can't put it into words how helpful and friendly they were I definitely 100% recommended this EE shop thank you to all the staff that work there literally life savers if it wasn't for them I would probably be sat in hospital now extremely poorly cheers guys hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year lots of love Adam and the family
Everyone time I need assistance, CSL tech support are always happy to help and very knowledgeable .You can be on the phone for 5 minutes or 30 staff will stay on the line until your issue is resolved. 10/10

Phoned to ask about a phone repair. Nobody answers, just an answer machine that takes you around in circles then hangs up on you. The human in the shop was helpful though
Staff are always very helpful and welcoming into the shop they will help with anything that you need help with and advise is amazing too

I have been using CSL for a few years now and over this time, I have contacted their tech support team on a number of occasions. On every issue, tech support have been totally professional with excellent product knowledge. This is a rarity now a days, many companies offer a tech support service that is lacking in many areas, CSL are far from this they have consistently given us the best support with 100 results. I would not hesitate to recommend CSL and their products to anyone.

I wouldn't buy a phone contract from here. Not because of the company itself, but because of the staff. They couldn't have been less interested if they tried.

We called in to have a problem with my new phone esim sorted. Excellent service. We were seen straight away and the girl that dealt with us was so nice and chatty and most importantly new what she was doing. The Problem was solved and we could continue with our trip. Thanks 🙏
I made an appointment. Was seen immediately. Although it took 1½ hours to solve my problem the staff were so very understanding of my lack of knowledge..my age says it all...a lass born in the 1940's ....finally got my phone working again...Thankyou.

I used CSL tech support this morning. Both Joe & Russel were incredibly helpful. CSL answered the phone quickly and my issue was explained clearly and rectified quickly. As a newly qualified engineer they provided everything I needed and more. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolute Waste of Time. My friend wanted help setting up the walking app. We asked the lady assistant for help with this. We were told we don't do apps, You can do it yourself, We sell phones.

I needed some help transferring numbers, apps, photos etc, from my old phone to my new one, and changing the SIM over.
One of the lovely young ladies, spent a long time, helping me do this, and because it took about one hour, she put the phone in the back room, while I did some shopping, she was so polite
friendly and helpful, sadly I don't know her name, but I would like to thank her for her kindness help and time THANKYOU!

It was a great Experience there at Three . i was there for contract sim. the CSR agent Named shane guide me properly with everything i need . i got 2 sims instead of one . along solving my issue Shane was also guiding his new trainee colleague.

Useless staff - my wife and I have 3 contracts ending soon. Neither member of staff we talked with had any idea of the products on offer and certainly did not wish to retain us as customers. We did what management clearly wished, and we walked away ....
I have been using CSL products for many years with my old company and now with my new company p.s.l security , the products are fantastic but the difference is the tech support , in my eyes that's what everything comes back to , wever it's fire , intruder or anything else , it's impossible to know everything. But when a company's got the support to back it up with the product you’re on to a winner . 10/10 and would have no problem refering this company or its products to any one.
Terrible customer service experience. Went in while on hols to ask for assistance with a Vodafone SIM card purchased in Vodafone in Princes St Edinburgh (v professional service there), had an issue with the international minutes not updating, and basically got told it was. Voxi SIM, that Vodafone sell them, but offer no assistance with them. Very abrupt bordering on rude interaction with what I think was the manager (looked a bit like the Comic Store Guy on the Simpsons), so went literally next door to the O2 store where a really friendly and helpful lady sold me an O2 SIM that got us back online.

I was not happy with visit I had recently. Just to choose plan it took them 1.5h. Afterwards I had to wait till the next day delivery to collect my phone. That was a lie too. The next day delivery that they so proud of did not come to the store with my phone. Also I was not informed about the way it will all happend. No one told me about any cods I will have to present when I'm there and about the message confirmation I ment to get when my phone arrive. The stuff was nice and all but slow without passing valuable information about delivery. It's been second day and I'm still waiting for my delivery.... very unhappy.

Would like to thank the young man at Worcester mobile phone shop for the help with my new phone swopping SIM card this morning 22/10/2010 very helpful explained what he done, think lots of young people could learn from him. Thank you again.
My dad bought himself a new phone but was having problems with his sim card. We popped in and it was all sorted quickly and he's happy as his phone is working and doesn't have to wait for a new sim.

I don't write many reviews but today, I received such perfect service, I just had to! The young lady, Tyler, was the perfect representative of 3, helped me above and beyond what I asked for and is a credit to the company. I only went in to set up a contract for my son but she also saved me a bundle on my existing contract. Such a lovely person and I'll definitely recommend the store. Thanks again . Laurence Pike
Terrible customer service at Worcester store ignored us while waiting 25 mins. I had to ask how long as dealing with another customer only then she replied I don't know as I am dealing with a software problem. No sorry, no nothing did seem bothered, didn't ask what we wanted. All she had to do is say in the beginning we may be waiting a while.

ORDERED PHONE ON NEXT DAY DELIVERY, WENT IN EVERY DAY FOR A WEEK (THEY SAID THEY WOULD RING ME WHEN IT WAS IN BUT PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE TOLD ME THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN) EVENTUALLY FOUND OUT THEY NEVER TOOK THE INITIAL PAYMENT FROM THE CARD THEREFORE THE PHONE HAD NOT BEEN ORDERED!
I am disgusted with the lack of respect that came from the woman in the store. I came to collect my repaired tablet and when I arrived and handed over my paperwork I was refused to have it handed over as it was not my name on the paper but my name was on the system. She did not bother to check the system and when told I could give further details to prove it she still refused to hand it over even after calling my mother who is the main account holder. Appalling! Very rude and abrupt.

I went to replace my sons phone and was served by two very knowledgeable and polite lads who very patiently went over all the different options regarding contracts and call plans. Great and personal service and I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.
Tried to contact 2 Stockport stores but no answer. Wanted to check stock before we went out. Tried to phone head office but no answer so i tried the online chat, they couldn't help as they said the stock checker system was down and there was no point phoning the stores as they never answer the phones no matter what. So now I'm looking for a different shop to get my new phone from.
