We have lived in Barnt Green and have used the surgery all the time. Given all the changes, number of patients growing over the years the practice continues to offer a fabulous service. From the front desk to the nursing team and the doctors. Having faced Covid and its challenges the surgery has learned and in my opinion is now a well balanced support to the residents.

A very professional and well run surgery. Dr Peacock kindly saw my daughter late on a Friday night as an emergency. She was able to get the medication she required and rapidly improved as a result.

Appalling customer service from this Surgery. I recently had a tonsillectomy and told to self isolate by my consultant and they will send my details to my Doctor. Standard... However as soon as this Surgery receive them, I get a text message telling me to check my address (recently moved) and then after that, I must find a new GP within 28 days as I am out of the catchment by 1 street! No, are you ok? Can we assist? (which i got from the hospital and my new GP which I have had to sign up to!)
Appalling customer service - I understand catchment areas but surely in this service industry your first supposed to check I am ok and at least have the common decency to make a phone call to talk to me about catchments areas rather than a text message!
I had also been apart of this doctor in 2 stages for over 15 years. Thanks guys! Nice to know you look after your people.

I found reception very helpful and polite when I had an acute problem recently. I was only expecting a remote consultation as an emergency appointment, but I was asked to come in for a F2F appointment. Dr Peacock was very kind and took time to listen, in what must be very stressful times for the practice.

I have had to report this surgery and doctors to the G.M.C and to NHS England, The Ombudsman, and ISS. So, Mr Peacock and others keep your eyes open for some communications from the above organisations investigations in to your actions.. Disappointed that i have to give even one star to get this posted. ( Get set to close ranks)

Since joining last month, we've had to use the surgery three times and each time we've been met by friendly helpful staff - thank you for a lovely welcome!

The Doctors here are lovely and the overall reception and front of house care is really good now. Grateful to have access to this surgery.
