Family Clinic

My wife and I have been patient at this clinic for several years and lately, the service has been absolutely 100% horrific and completely unacceptable. It takes several months to get an appointment for a NORMAL preventative physical. Moreover, calls don't get returned either. Their excuse is that "a lot has been going on in their clinic"! And that should affect the patients? I feel discarded as a patient and I do NOT recommend this clinic to anybody! Stay away! Oh, my wife was there recently for an appointment and had to wait for like a couple of hours to be seen. This clinic is a disgrace to the medical community!

Me and my children have been patients for over 18 years. The service is horrible now. Most appointments we have to wait almost an hour to be seen. My daughter had an emergency, we called for some advice or an appointment two weeks have passed and still no appointment. Luckily I took her to the ER. We will definitely be switching doctors only stayed there because we have been there for so long.

I've been a client of this clinic for about four years now. I've seen all the Drs and everyone of them has listened to me, talked with me, and helped me. They're patient and kind and take their time to really be with you when they see you. Many Drs I've had before were rushed or I didn't feel like they were present or listening. That has never been the case for me here.

I see some reviews saying it's a money vacuum or they had to wait on hold for a long time. I've never had any problem with that myself. Polite staff, always helpful. The waits are exactly what I would expect at a Dr office. Sometimes they're running a little behind, but usually I'm seen quickly.

Overall a very good experience.

The do NOT answer phones or emails! My husband has been trying to schedule an appointment to get refills on his prescriptions….last time this happened he had to get rushed to the hospital… ANSWER your phones / emails if you want patients to come in or either keep his medications REFILLED!!!! This is ridiculous I’ve been there before several times & they are NEVER busy!!!! And for weeks we’ve heard nothing back from them! Even the pharmacy can’t get ahold of them….this place is going downhill fast I would look into another clinic where they actually care about keeping their patients healthy & alive. 0 stars!

In response to the 1 star reviews from a while ago, the receptionist staff is very professional and efficient in getting everything ready for me. Young woman, Nhu, was very friendly and cheerful with a smile the whole time.

My wait time really surprised me, my appointment was at 1:00 and I was seen at 1:05. I barely had to wait, and there were multiple patients in the building.

The nurses who did the initial blood drawing and questionnaire felt very personable. They were all kind and seemed to make sure they were really asking questions about me, versus just reading a questionnaire.

Lastly, Dr Truong was extremely kind and attentive about my medical issues. I feel he was legitimately concerned about my health and didn’t push medicines on me, but explained to me various options. Definitely coming back here, not a single bad experience.

Dr. Nguyen is very kind and a good doctor. She listens to you and she take care of her patients really well. Her staffs are nice too.

Receptionist unprofessional and will not give message to Dr. Nguyen. I have been a patient for a long time ,while waiting in room they assigned another doctor to me without my knowledge or advance notice .
