i got the wrong sized graduation gown and went back for an exchange and the girl at the counter tried to tell me that i couldn’t do an exchange when it says this on the bookstore website:

Graduation Regalia (cap & gown) must be in new condition and will not be returnable if worn or altered in any way. Product must be unused in order to receive a refund. The last day for a full refund is 30 days after the purchase date on your receipt.

i didn’t get her name but she was extremely rude and distressful and continued to gossip to us to another girl when i was talking with another employee

only giving three stars because the manager was helpful and did give me an exchange and hopefully talked to those girls about some manners and customer service

My daughter had orientation today so after “breakout session” we decided to go to the bookstore. While there we wanted a McConkey and Bowers Nike authentic NIL jerseys. She grabbed hers and I decided to try mine on , looked in the mirror and wow , the numbers were so crooked. We then checked out her McConkey jersey and the same thing! So we went back and checked out the other jerseys and MOST were horribly crafted with crooked numbers. Unbelievable that I could’ve walked out of there spending about $300 on jerseys and nobody would’ve said a thing and I wouldn’t have seen it till I got home. UNACCEPTABLE that they would even put these out on display for sale , seems a little fishy to me

The best setup for a University bookstore that i've ever seen. The location is right beside the stadium and the items in there are actually not too pricy. I bought a signed Kirk Herbstreit book from in there a few years back and I still have not seen a better price for that book anywhere else.

It’s pretty big, has mad football stuff. Books too. Great place.
