I worked with a number of contractors while I was redoing my kitchen. They had the easiest job of any of them, and they were by far the worst. Late, dishonest, poor quality work.

We knew the bathrooms in our rental unit needed a refresh but were trying to hold off for as long as possible. A bad leak that went into the apartment below gave us the push we needed. I spoke with Vas, and his team went to the apartment the next day to provide an estimate. His estimate was very fair. It included fixing the subfloor and remodeling one bathroom and a remodel of the second bathroom. Most importantly, he was willing to move quickly. We typically have 3 tenents that live in the unit- but had a 4 week period where there were only 2 people. Vas and his team began immediately with the first bathroom (leaving the second for the tenents to use). Everything went very smoothly, no surprises. He met me at the local HomeDepot to pick out tile, fixtures etc. and his team picked up all deliveries (which could have been tricky if they needed to be delivered to the apartment bulding). The first bathroom was completed in 2 weeks and they moved on to the second which was also completed in 2 weeks! His team was on-site everyday working and Vas would stop by multiple times each day to check in. Since we did not live at the property he provided daily updates. I highly recommend Vas for quality honest work. We will definitely be using him for future projects.

Ves and Vasko have been amazing to replace the floor in our Hoboken apartment. He took care of everything including the taking out the HVAC, Water heater to replace the floor. The leak was caused due to a building pipe issue and he resolved it quickly once we signed the contract. He is a gentleman and came out at 8.30 in the evening to help out with the tenants as they locked themselves out.

Amazing work! Quick, very responsive and great results. My fridge broke and the leak damaged the wooden floor around it. They suggested to replace the wood with ceramic tiles in the kitchen (wet) area and it turned out beautifully. I will definitely be using these guys in future. We had a good feeling from when we first meet Ves, and once hire he continued to make us feel at ease by explaining what we could expect during the renovation.
