Nelly knew nothing about the listing she showed me, could not sufficiently answering anything, every other answer was “I don’t know” or “I have no idea” and you expect me to give someone the equivalent of a months rent in a realtor fee! To someone who couldn’t answer a single question? You guys are a joke of an agency promoting apartments with poor craftsmanship and construction, you need to re-evaluate what it means to be a real estate agency

For a little over a year now they’ve been our rental broker. And they are beyond professional and courteous to us as their client and our potential tenants.
