Essar Petrol Station

The petrol was cheaper here than most in my area when I went past so I filled up my car nice clean shop

Convenient wise but the attendant wasn't friendly enough

Had my car cleaned here, pleased with the service.

Says open from 6am..took the trip on Sunday to find them closed? Maybe update the opening times on the internet

I wouldn’t usually moan at this length but this experience annoyed me. Popped in for a quick drink on way back from National Trust. Saw the advert on the drinks - download the app for a Pepsi for a £1. Spent time downloading the app and registering to get to the till for the guy serving to not have a clue about how to get the deal. Looked on the app, no barcodes to scan etc. The guy serving was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot and just said the deal must have finished, nowhere on the sign does it say what date the deal finished on, I even showed him the sign at which he wasn’t fussed and was quite happy for the queue to build up. He blamed his boss saying he just puts these things up and tells us nothing about them. Be that as it may - I just wanted the offer that was advertised I couldn’t care less about how your store works. I suggested he might want to take the sign down but I doubt it will be. Either honour the price you’re advertising or just simply don’t advertise it! Next time I’ll go half a mile down the road to Sainsbury’s

Fuelling station at Stoke end of Biddulph. Keen fuel prices. Small grocery shop.

Rude, ignorant and very poor customer service. Filled up, went to pay and the server was on his phone and just pointed at where to pay. Politeness costs nothing, won't be returning. 14:50pm 15-10-22. The guy needs retraining on customer service.
