This building is incredible - the location is wonderful, but the people that work here are what make it a special place to live. Tommy and the whole team at Rudin helped us with a smooth lease-signing and move, and the entire staff has been welcoming. Highly recommend!

We live in this Rudin managed building and the building staff is excellent. All the details are paid attention to including biscuits for our dog and they’ve provided a donation box for a coat drive.

I recently moved here from another Rudin managed building and i have been thrilled with the level of service at both locations. I spent six years at the first one and tried very hard to remain in the Rudin family for my move . I was relieved i could make that a reality. Everyone is helpful and responsive and respectful. Responses are immediate and it has been an outstanding experience all in.
