This is a great building to live. I’ve renewed for 3 years because my apartment is great and I feel well looked after. The doorman and other staff are excellent
Great building to live in. I have lived here for 8 years, and its been a great experience. All the doormen are super friendly and helpful. They have been one of the best parts of living in this building.
There are your standard issues with the building that you expect, but the building is always on top of it, trying to fix the issues as quickly as possible. I do wish that they would renovate the rooftop so that it would be accessible to residents.
While many people in New York move from building to building, I stayed in this place for 8 years, which is telling of how great management is. Also, the other residents are very friendly.
