Amulya would not give privacy ("no privacy you don't get") after I explained if anything else was needed, I would meet him in the front and ask. Amulya just stood there...
I tend to like picking up groceries without being policed.
Bhurat didn't address situation professionally insinuating I was stealing. After a manager instead of supervisor (ricky?) on a separate day mentioned to leave me be, as a good customer around October 2023.

Amulya Bhurat and another cashier guy in glasses ended up showing up on ~4-6/8 aisles I went to each time I put an item in store basket, while the other male cashier stared me down while I was deciding on an item

While this last bit is out of the left field, same stock associate who went to 3/3 aisles I walked down as I didn't add any items to stores shopping basket, explained to another associate something along the lines of 'boss said to follow her' while gesturing to me
Products decent but will be taking business elsewhere. Uncomfortable and unpleasant

My go to place for organic produce and groceries (sometimes I cheat on them with Trader Joe’s, but come on). Their soups are amazing! Great Service. Try them

Forgot the green pepper for my salad and reluctantly went back to get it (it really would not be the same without it). Was blessed by the store and their Christmas elf. Thank you Paul & helper.

Used to be my favorite place until today. Purchased some prepackaged food well within the “best by” sticker but found mold on it a 2 days later. Went back to the market as soon as I could (2 days after seeing the mold, 7 days within purchase) to see if I could get a replacement. I approached it very calmly but the cashier was raising his voice at me and being extremely rude, claiming it wasn’t within their policy of 7 days (seems like math wasn’t his strong suit) and that I should have come earlier. I explained that I had to work and tried to come as soon as a could, and that I wasn’t trying to finesse or steal anything, just get a replacement 6 dollar item. I didn’t expect confrontation and it was an extremely disheartening experience.

Some good products in there but check the prices when you go to the register. I’ve caught them charging more than what is printed on the tag on the shelf. It’s also extremely expensive already, without the price fraud.

Westerly is my absolute favorite spot for healthy food in midtown. The daily soups are reliably delicious and satisfying and the shelves stocked with healthy groceries at a decent prices. I almost always find a new snack or product to try and end up adding to my regular shopping list. Here are photos of a few favorites I discovered in recent trips.

Well stocked, lots of products were available, price was resonable, fresh seafood was great, most of staff was very friendly, location was convenient, hot soup also was good. The only thing I didn't like about was a lady at checkout counter. Young black female (looked like 20s ) was not friendly at all😔 apart from that, it was great store. I will come back again!
