Why the customer service here are so short or even flat out rude when we talk to them nicely. One of them said they are very stressed and overwhelmed with calls but we the customers who are sick or in suffering should not be treated with disrespect for no reason. Hope management will look into this. Despite that thank you for the help you provide.
Lisa in the pharmacy was awesome - she took the time to figure out how to save us money despite all kinds of issues on our end.
A trash. Kelly or Kaelly is incredibly unprofessional. The worst customer service you can find. If you want to be treated like dirt, come to this place. If you read the other comments, you can find many people with the same opinion, a pity that the manager does not take action.
This pharmacy department is an absolute joke. On several occasions now, they have made difficult to get the medicine I am prescribed. Also, they are rude for no reason. You are much better off going to a different pharmacy.
The pharmacy used to be so much better, they are horrible now If you have 2 insurances, they act like deer in the headlights. They tell you they have run your scripts through the 2nd and haven't, I have to call every single time to get them to manually run it ... Why do I always have to tell them how to do their jobs? Tricare for Life is not linked automatically to the 1st because it errors out in their system after 3 yrs ago when they did the update. So they have to load the separate system and manually run it through Tricare, your total will be ZERO.. as long as it's not some crazy expensive med.
Everyone in the pharmacy is super nice but, that’s where it ends. The cashier Lou really needs to work on her customer service skills. She seems to not like customers very much. I’ve even tried to get a response out of her by telling her to have a nice day but nope doesn’t work. I know customers can be hard to deal with (I witnessed a grown man throw money at the pharmacy cashier all because his meds weren’t ready and the poor girl had no one come to her defense probably why she doesn’t work there anymore) but that doesn’t mean to be so cold and rude to every customer that comes through the line. Lou needs to either be nice or retire.
Did not have a good experience with the pharmacy. When i presented my perceptions and insurance card I was rudely informed that my insurance was not taken and had my perceptions pushed back to me. No offered attempt to fill them! Will NEVER return to this store or possibly ANY Walgreens in the future!
