Horror nights. U get this close to house
highly reccomend the RIP tour. the whole night was very smooth with a tour guide. never waited in any lines.
Just like the neighboring Bates Motel Film Set, visiting this historic landmark, and yes I will always call it that, was nothing short of a dream come true. Thanks to the Universal VIP Experience I actually got to roam the entire set and get some amazing pictures! Walking in Norman Bates’ footsteps was frightening but also enthralling at the same time. Love that Janet Leigh’s spirit lives on through both The Motel’s and The House’s address on non-other than Janet Leigh Drive.
Although I only saw the house from a tour bus, I was really excited!! Wish I could have went in but nonetheless it was exciting.

WORTH EVERY PENNY! Truly phenomenal and frightening. Even I was scared and only the IRS can do that. The sounds, lights, smells, fake blood splatter all ramp up that glorious fear. One thing that confused me was the amount of strollers and crying toddlers. Horror movies tend to cater to mature audiences so Disney may have been better than Psycho and The Purge. It was like a sacrifice to the Studio or something. Who knows, maybe it was? Anyway, find a babysitter and have a great time. There's drinking, eating, games and shows!
