Tourist trap. Overpriced. Bad food. Small portions. Nonexistent service. What is pictured on their menu is different from what is served—a waste of money and time.

Had 2 focaccia sandwiches and a salad. Not sure why all the bad ratings as you can see prices on menu and see food in display (sitting menu more expensive than take away prices seen in display). Food is pre-made then warmed. I liked my sandwich, my family liked the eggplant salad they had. It isn’t a place I would recommend but also not a place I would tell people to avoid. We also did not order any drinks and based on other reviews that is what makes the bill so large. It proves helpful to ask a few questions, see what the food looks like, and scan a menu before sitting down to eat to know what to expect.

Very very expensive for what you get. Food and drink we had was ok but not for the price. Also, as other people mention, no option to pay by card. Not worth the price at all. Avoid

The food was simple but ok, except a burned focaccia. After we saw the bill, we knew we've been trapped. 41 euros for 4 drinks and 3 antipasti, and we couldn't use the card to pay. For change, we had to pay 4 euros extra at the neighbour. The bartenders were arrogant and we think they could rather be criminals.

Very expensive. 25 euros for 4 coffees. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Please be aware that the prices for everything are much! higher if you seat and not take away. I took an espresso and one cake and instead of 5 Euros paid 11 Euros. Never made such an experience before, when espresso cost 1,5 Euros to take away and 4 Euros if you stay 1 Minute and drink it seating! I’m really frustrated.

Expensive but fast service. May have some better place. Food is tasty though
