Garage owner is a real psycho, as are the staff he employs. Some guys at the garage are fine, but some have serious mental issues. They popped my tire in the garage and refused to refund, threatened me after complaining. This place is NOT worth the trouble. Especially if you care about your car and sanity.
FOR PARKNSAVE at this location: The 456 Grand Street Garage Williamsburg advertisement is very misleading. It advertises for 24h passes but you CANNOT pick up your car between 12 and 7am.
(Note: Myself and others previously left 1-star reviews regarding the noise situation from the restaurant downstairs. They have since re-done their patio and fixed the issue as of spring 2022 so I am redoing my review to reflect that)
Just renewed my lease here and I am largely happy with the building. The apartments are spacious and of fairly good quality. The super is kind and keeps the common spaces clean and well-maintained. The walls are thick and I barely hear my neighbors (until one of them bought a subwoofer but that's a different story). One sore point is that the windows are of poor quality and let a lot of sound through—if you are looking to rent facing Grand St make sure you are not a light sleeper as traffic noise can be loud. You can do a lot worse than this place.

I truly love the layout of my unit, the geographic location of the building, and the super who maintains 456 Grand is phenomenal.
However, living on the H line of apartments comes with the borderline unlivable nuisance that is the music coming from the restaurant downstairs. Especially frustrating because neither the restaurant nor building management seems to want to deal with it.

Noise from Don Panchos restaurant in the building is absolutely ridiculous. Management does nothing when contacted about it. Would not recommend living here
There is a restaurant Don Pancho in the building that plays really loud music, If you are in the G or H lines check the noise levels from the restaurant un announced before signing the lease. Also advice you check out reviews for Bronstien Properties on google.
Advice from previous tenant: do not ever move to 2A. Gym downstairs is a massive nuisance. Loud music, punchbag noise, and just all around awful neighbors. Management did little to nothing to help, in spite of us reporting the issue on day one of our lease. I guess that's what happens when your awful neighbors pay 10 times your rent.
