The storage unit needs to be renovated. Why pay for storage unit and it's not properly instillated

As soon as you call to inquire about the Listings they may have available before they even ask you your name or what your price range is they ask you how much income are you making for the year stay away!!!

THEY DISCRIMINATED AT PEOPLE WITH VOUCHERS AS SOON AS THEY HEAR YOU HAVE VOUCHER THEY TELL YOU THEY HAVE NO APARTMENT AVAILABLE BEFORE YOU MENTION VOUCHER THEY ROLL OUT ALL THE AVAILABLE APARTMENT THEY ARE SO RUDE AND WANTS MONEY UP FRONT AND THEY NEVER CALL YOU FOR AN APARTMENT THEY SAY BARRY SUSMAN DOESN'T RUN THE BUSINESS ANYMORE BUT HIS NAME IS ON THE DOOR AND LISTING AS BROKER CROOKS THEY ARE CROOKS DISCRIMINATED CROOKS

Very rude! The man who answered the phone whose name sounds like Watkins was extremely rude and hung up on me

I have been registered with this agency for about a year, and since then I have seen many property listings. Whenever I call this agency to inquire about them, they tell me that someone will contact me but they never do. I can't even tell you how many times my vouchers expired waiting for them to call me back for an apartment. I thought that they are supposed to help people not ignore them.
That is very disappointing and unprofessional. I am going to ask that they take my name off their list. People don't bother with Barry Susman.
Even to this very day, I try calling them whenever I see an apartment listing that they posted and they put me on hold with no intention on coming back on the line to assist me. Also when I continued to call, they kept hanging up on me. They pick and choose who they want to give these apartments to.
I will be reporting this company to the proper authorities because I think that how they treat people is dispicable, disrespectful, unprofessional, and totally unethical.
