I was looking for a rental in princeton house apt 9c and i connected with sandi pace who is the broker and a resident owner in this bldg. Sandi did not disclose the board policies by letting me know renters were not allowed cats in the bldg. She wanted $800 cash for services not explained. Plz avoid her. The booard should be leary of her. 9c was not publicly listed on the rental site.

Clean and steps from subway & stores

I’ve lived in Princeton House for two years, going on my third. The building is always clean, the laundry room is large, the gym is small, but renovated. What truly makes living here a wonderful experience is the staff. The building staff is top notch. There is a 24 hour doorman, responsive maintenance staff, and friendly front desk crew.

I have loved living in this building. Conveniently located and wonderful staff!!
