Half Moon Harbour

I’ve been looking around for apartments and this was amongst the ones on my list.

Leasing Agent Teffy was amazing, I was able to schedule a tour within the same day and she was able to give me a comprehensive experience as well as upfront cost of what I’d be looking at.

The building is centrally located and has public transport and shopping nearby.

I have been leaving here for 4 years and I love it every day. The amenities are great and the value for my money is incredible. People for the same money in Manhattan or even Astoria don’t even have a laundry room or any amenities.

I often get home late in the evenings from work, and Abdul at the front desk is always there, to greet me with a " welcome home smile"! He's very attentive and friendly and takes care of my packages very well. It's pleasure to have him at the concierge desk.

I have been living at Half Moon Harbour for a little over two years and it has been a great experience. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful, especially Rusty. She goes above and beyond in her role and really puts the residents needs at the forefront!

The maintenance staff has been amazing as well! They have been super attentive to issues around the building and are very friendly. Thank you Danny and Joel for all that you do! Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed!

Love living here! The pool is amazing in the summer! The concierge is amazing especially Rusty and Caesar! Danny the super is on top of everything at all times!

Halfmoon holiday is an excellent building. Great location, Beautiful views, and very convenient to make it back-and-forth from the city. The concierge are very welcoming & reliable. Shout out to Rusty for always brightening up my day.

Have enjoyed living here the past few years and have had great experiences with some of the staff. Caesar and Rusty at the front desk are amazing and always make me feel right at home and Danny and Joel with the maintenance team have been great as well. Have had some communication issues with the leasing office which is the only thing
keeping it from a 5 star experience.
