Unfortunately had quite a negative experience with the property management team! They were unable to verify my income despite four paystubs and direct access to my bank account for deposit information, which was fine as it seems to be done through Appfolio, a third party site.
However, Liora from the property management team was very brusque and dismissive when I attempted to contact them to provide more verification. I received only one-sentence replies that were frankly unprofessionally condescending. While I am sympathetic towards how overloaded the agency must be, it was quite frustrating that they responded to an issue with their verification provider with total dismissal. Unfortunately probably my most negative experience with an apartment application to date.
A shame, because the apartment views look beautiful! It mostly seems to be an issue with Appfolio's reporting, so hopefully this was an isolated issue to me. I hope other applicants have better luck than I did with the property managers.

This was my least favorite apartment to date. Liora was rude and dismissive of my concerns. There is 0 phone or in-person presence from management except when I threatened to call the building inspector for violating building code. It's also very noisy being right next to the West New York Department of Public Works. Neighbors were also noisy. Do not be fooled by the brick interior and high ceilings.
Lived here for 2 years before being relocated. Great views and exposed brick were really nice.
Very attentive management, super is always on site and is very friendly. Overall great building
This building is great! I’ve been here for a few years now and it’s always kept clean and is well maintained. The building is about an 8 minute walk to the bus into the city which is very convenient. There is laundry in each apartment which is so great, a gym and a parking garage. Great option if you’re looking to get out of the city but still be close.
TBH the only thing better than the reviews is how high the ceilings are! Such beautiful kitchens too
