Scam. I mean either a scam or the leasing manager is working as a nuclear scientist as a side hustle because there is no explanation for making me submit my application and pay for an application and not getting back to my calls and e-mails for more than a week.
It is incorrect to write that this property provides air conditioning. Despite writing in the tenant contracts that the landlord is responsible to provide air conditioning, there was none provided during the 80° + temperatures this weekend.
Also their are lots of dogs in the building even though this is marketed as a dog free building.
Corporate management does not follow up on written guarantees and is also impossible to get in touch with.
Maintenance staff are great but are overwhelmed due to corporate stinginess. As a result, it takes months for (sometimes emergency) requests to be addressed.
The staff at the front desk are also great but keep on quitting because the corporate bosses are awful to them. The management doesn’t care that there is no one at the desk and there have been months-long stretches with no consistent doorman. Which means you cannot get into the building (buzzers also never work), get your packages or use the gym during those times.
The wheelchair ramp was out of commission for months (!!) so definitely don’t move here if you are wheelchair-bound or push a stroller.
It’s also really dumb that the gym hours are 9-5, which means most people can never use it.
If the rent was average some things might be understandable, but this is promoted as a premium LUXURY apartment building and the rent is very high, so you will definitely not get your money’s worth here.

Bad choice, they don’t pay deposit
This place charges a $150.00 application fee. After speaking with manager about how do they go about credit check she told me they didn’t base their decision much on credit more so on income. Also told me I was over income so it looked good for me. My credit wasn’t so bad so I decided to apply being that my income combined with my husbands was good. They do go by credit! Kept my $150.00! I feel is a little scam. Never got a call back was told through an email I was denied and when I called to speak to manager she never wanted to take my calls. 🤔I wonder why?
