I lived at 2700 Henry Hudson Parkway for a year & it was beyond terrible. Noisy, disrespectful, inconsiderate neighbors that management refused to deal with. Apt. full of mice and there was the smell of pot in the hallways. Management just wants your $ at the first of the month and won’t help out tenants even when they’re quiet, pay their rent on time, and don’t give their neighbors or management a problem. If you like making noise and don’t care about your neighbors then this is the place for you. If you’re quiet, respect your neighbors and pay your rent on time, take my advice, look elsewhere.
