We got ghosted after submitting the application to one of the apartments. After about a week of not hearing anything back , we found out that Marc, the agent we put in the application through was posing as the exclusive agent for the building charging a 2500 broker fee, when infact the building had a different broker with no fee. It was an infuriating experience and hopefully this will keep others from falling into this trap. Also them not telling us if the application was approved or denied just kinda tells you the type of management you ll be dealing with when you live here.
