World Nightclub in Charlotte, North Carolina, left me thoroughly disappointed. The experience was extremely unprofessional, with staff exhibiting rudeness and a nasty attitude. To top it off, the prices were overpriced for what they offered. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment I would not recommend it to anyone. Also the DJ is terrible.

Had my friend on my shoulders and got kicked out. I definitely shouldn’t have done it, but they claimed to have talked to me twice but in reality they talked to me one time. One person gave me a warning so I stopped but then 10 seconds later some other guy came up to me and kicked me out and said they talked to me 3 times (which they didn’t.) Didn’t get talked to once, and got kicked out. Cover fee is way too high, and staff feels like they don’t want to be there. Better off going somewhere else like coyote joes.

Not a safe place for young women. None of the security on duty 02/10 helped with a sexual assault that happened on the dance floor. Female security guard put an 18 yo girl outside by herself without ensuring her safety outside the club. WOMEN BEWARE!

VIP was the way to go fasho bottle service was kinda slow but it was packed and late understandably skipped the line and was taken to our section promptly. Security was helpful as well

I went for New Year’s Eve, and expected it to be packed but it was way too crowded. $80 to get in for 2 people and $80 for 2 shots and a beer. Then proceeded to get punched by a dude and even though security drug him out, nothing else was done to make sure I was okay or felt safe.

Nice place for a younger crowd. I visit this club two weeks ago. ( Saturday) Mix music and mix crowd. Entry price was $10.00 pretty cheap but they get you on the drinks. Very pricey mix drinks $16.00 for an 8oz. cup which was half way full of ice.

Pros:
Like sporting events, going to a popular artist in Charlotte can be super affordable. World ticket prices seem pretty reasonable.
Unlike most clubs, the air temperature was kept pretty good. I feel like this is especially important during these times.

Cons:
We got VIP tickets so that we could get away from big crowds. We did get to be in a different entry line that moved much faster. However, it was very unclear what else we got from the VIP ticket. We went upstairs to overlook the show, but non-VIP holders could go there as well.
The event time was 10:00, but I guess this was the "doors open" time? I wish there was more info about the events, it is very tough for first timers.
