This accommodation is NOT TREATING CUSTOMERS CORRECTLY!!!
My daughter (a student) booked a stay this summer, but had to change the date. This was possible with some extra charge. Fair enough, and she agreed.
However, the information on how to pay the extra amount was not clear at all: firstly, referring to her credit card – she doesn’t have one! Then asking for a bank transfer, but without giving the details to make a payment. Finally stating the extra charge could be paid in cash upon arrival at the accommodation.
Next day, her booking was simply canceled as payment was not received in due time…. (Hey, what about cash payment upon arrival?????)
Upon asking again for the payment instructions in order to confirm her booking, the accommodation was suddenly no longer available in the booked period!?!
They claim she canceled – SHE DID NOT – and the accommodation refuses to take responsibility for its own poor communication on the additional payment and refuses to refund the already paid amount. THIS IS CHEATING.

Definitely not the most luxurious or modern accomodation, but it's very good for the price! Our room had a bathroom, a comfy double bed, a TV with Netflix (you need your own account), a small table + chair, a mini-fridge and a kettle. It was also conveniently equipped with a small amount of cutlery, cups, and glasses, as well as a lot of spare towels and toilet paper rolls.
The location is pretty nice - there's a Lidl (grocery store) right across the street, and a tram stop (Viktoria Žižkov) 3 minutes away. You can also walk to the city centre just fine, I believe it took around 15-20 minutes. I think the neighbourhood is known to be a little dodgy, but we didn't run into any problems.

Great location. Easily accessible from the central train station on foot; about 5 mins walk to the nearest tram station from where you can get to the city central in under 10 mins.
Well-equipped rooms with extra towels available if needed, hairdryer, TV (with Netflix and YouTube), even heating if you find yourself feeling cold.
The property manger is a delightful man with a great knowledge of the best places to visit, received wonderful recommendations.

Great place to stay in Prague. We visited Prague for 2 days, all interaction with owner was per Whatsapp, but only because we arrived late at night and had no time, he had offered to come and talk to us in person.
It is 5 min on foot from Main Station, so it had great connection to all city.
There is a market and ATM across the street.
Room was clean, it has WiFi and Smart TV. We were very satisfied with our stay at Central Station Studios. 🙂

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at CSS! It’s a very convenient location from the Prague Main Train Station as well as Old Town. Peter is a great host and gives great advice on what to do and see in Prague(no matter how many times you’ve been to the city). Private rooms are basic and have all the amenities you need. Also, very thankful for the fan provided in the room as it was quite warm in Prague during my stay. Overall, great place to stay!
Friendly renters. The manager gave us a lot of advice and information about sight seeing and restaurants. Our apartment had everything we need: comfortable bed, wifi and Netflix for free, Coffee tea and water for free, a large bath with toilet and shower. We had a fridge and cups for the coffee. Plates should be added :)
The studios are located a 15 minute walk near the city center. There's a Tram station right before the house. I can highly recommend this accomodation.

Great hotel with a magnificent location in the city of Prague. It takes a few minutes by foot to get to the heart of the city.
The owner is just perfect and the rooms where clean. That's why this hotel deserves a five star rating!
