A place where most of us will have to be sometimes to get into the bus to our destination but for me a bit of a sad looking place with no energy. The service we received was rather cold as well so perhaps that is where I got this feeling from. Central location in Prague from where a lot of Flixbusses drive to european locations. Overall well organized in a way that it's easy to find your bus or your guests arriving. Not easy to park a car nearby but try under the bridge closeby if still allowed :-). Metro nearby and you can walk from there within 10 minutes into the centre of Prague (direction Namesti Republika)

We are two Spaniards who travelled today from Kalovy Vary to Prague (bus 854) when we suffered a racist attitude from a FlixBus driver. We had bought our 18.30 tickets but we wanted to check if there were free seats on the 17.30 trip.
Once at the station, in the queue to get on the bus, we wanted to ask the driver in English (as we don't know Czech) politely if there were free seats, but he didn't let us finish the sentence and in a rude manner said "Next bus" several times and pushed us out of the queue.
We waited for all the passengers to enter, and we went up to him again to ask him again politely (just in case he didn't understand us) if he spoke English. Then, he shouted us ro our faces speaking in Czech and with very aggressive gestures, and he made us understand clearly in English that we were in the Czech Republic, and here we had to speak Czech.
Overwhelmed and scared by this response, we replied that we were sorry, but we only speak Spanish and English.
Without understanding him very well, as he was saying more things in Czech, he took my mobile phone to see the tickets again and decided to let us pass very abruptly.
We certainly differentiated that the driver treated us badly exclusively because we didn't speak Czech, as he seemed nice to other passengers.
We have never felt so discriminated against because of our nationality anywhere else.
We hope that appropriate action will be taken to ensure that this does not happen to other passengers in the future and does not damage the image of Flixbus.

Ended up here while taking Flix from Bratislava to Prague. Convenient for me, but was the last man on the bus and a bit awkward, as everybody else just took off at the central station. This is actually the last. They call it Florence.

I used this company for a round trip Prague-Karlovy Vary. Both buses arrived and left on schedule. I had an assigned seat so boarding was simple. The way to Karlovy, the bathroom was out. The announcement was done by a passenger that spoke English. At arrival, we were dropped off at the entrance to the city. However, departure is from an actual station; about 5 minutes from the drop-off. My electronic ticket had the GPS location. Read your ticket well. Some people tried to board and buy a ticket on the spot at the Karlovy station. They were not allowed. Book and pay online to secure your tickets.

It's ok bus office. Small hidden in the corner next to the entrance.

Terrible drivers on the bus number 109 from Prague to Paris on 17 August. The bus was unclear, the toilet broken and impossible to use without water. Russian and Czech drivers talked in very impolite manner, demanding from me to pay for the booking seats. The worst drivers that I have ever met in my life.

The ride on 20th of July 2022 from Paris (Bercy) to Prague (Florenc) was cancelled due to engine failure. We waited 4 hours for the bus to be fixed and eventually Flixbus cancelled the ride, the bus took passengers back to Bercy Seine station. Flixbus company left us in the middle of the night to deal with the problems they created themselves. We have to book a hotel for one more day and luckily found a BlaBlaCar driver who delivered us to Prague. And now I'm fighting with the support to refund money for the tickets. Horrible experience, beware!
