Worst super. Lots of packages stolen
My experience at Brooklyn zinc was fantastic it's a lovely area with some lovely people. animal friendly , building stay clean.
It was one of the best places I've rented so far.
- Very responsive super
- The walls seem to be super thick so very quiet all day
- Nice insulation
- Very high ceiling with good sunlight
- Nice clean neighborhood
- Gym, Common areas are not big but very usable
- Nicely designed interior
There are many room types in this apartment so it might not be true for some but at least the unit I've been living has been great. The only downside is the tilt window that only opens like 15 degrees. But overall, nice building!

i never write reviews but honestly walked by this building and was so appalled by its ugliness that i had to speak up. whoever approved the zoning- i hate you and this eyesore you’ve cursed brooklyn with.
