Everything is served out of order. Main dish first, then drinks and finally focaccia. Got an upset stomach from the veal. Service was slow and unattentive.

Why does one have to specify to the waiter not to bring all the food out at the same time? Until I'm done with my appetizer, I don't want to see my main. It just sits on the table getting cold

SCAM!

they tried to serve us a chicken Schnitzel instead of a veal Schnitzel. And then tried to convince us that's really veal but they will serve us a new one.
P.S. there was no chicken Schnitzel on the pessach menu.
To compare: On top the chicken and bottom the veal.

Really Good food, good service and fair prices. We ordered the burger, steak sandwich, Thai Noodles, liver, Veal Schnitzel. Everyone enjoyed their meal and portion sizes. We also enjoyed a focaccia which was excellent.
Definitely recommend!!

Not a cheap place, about average given the location.

Burger was very disappointing. The beef itself was nice, but toppings are poor, bun is dry and zero sauce. Furthermore, it's served deconstructed: why do I need to put it together?

Good service, quick and friendly.
Vibe is fine, it was loud music but they lowered it per our request.

Tasting menu was delicious, lots of meat and really worth the money. Quick and friendly service too!

They got the order right, service was fine, the restaurant was clean and pleasant, and servings were generous, but there were a few problems:
1. The mixed grill was made poorly - beef and chicken were hard to chew, too many livers, and some of the more exotic items that Jerusalem mixed grill features were absent. Also it came on a huge roll which wasn't easy to make into a sandwich and was out of place if not a sandwich. It came with a generous salad which was ok.
2. The wait for the food after ordering was a bit long, except for the kids meal which came quickly and was generously sized.
The hamburgers, green salad, and kids' schnitzel and fries were good, so maybe I just happened upon a particularly weak menu item.

I think a lot of people hit it on the head already in previous reviews, this place isn't anything special, it doesn't do anything extremely well, but it isn't necessarily bad. The staff seemed confused, I ordered a rosé wine and it never came. I never was charged, so I assume they just forgot. In the end it wasn't really a big deal. I wasn't really impressed with anything. I think I overpaid for a lot of it.

What I've learned in Jerusalem is that the more you pay for something the worse the food taste. It's the smaller, kind of hole in the wall, places that charge you an extremely reasonable price that have the best quality food. This place is not that.
