Great location, not too busy fast service.
Do not visit this racist branch. They look at you suspicious if you don’t walk in looking a certain standard.
Once the teller seen my account balance they made it obvious it was a surprise (someone looking like me should not have that much money)

Had a bad experience with another lender was recommended by a broker to work with first horizon. The whole process was extremely less stressful, the underwriter worked swiftly to get the loan approved. They even accepted an appraisal we had done with a different lender, which saved me some money. overall a great experience, and highly recommend them!
Working with Mario and team was a painless and straightforward process. He made an effort to reach out personally and make sure the process was as painless as possible. This was not the usual nameless, faceless experience that you may find at other banks.
We used First Horizon for our home mortgage. As a first time buyer in current market, we simply couldn’t have done it without their amazing program. Experience was outstanding from begin to end. They even accommodated our request to close almost 4 weeks before planned closing date when there was a situation that demanded that. Can’t thank Mario and his team enough.
