My friend and I (both in our 70s) had a wonderful meeting with Angel Diaz at the 850 Third Ave Chase Bank. He patiently answered all of our questions, gave us excellent advice and even showed us how to get activity printouts at the cash machine. He is the best and will be our banker and I highly recommend him to everyone.

Male staff who works Sunday mornings, very friendly and helpful,even if you ask him 3 or 4 times,he don't mind, still shows you friendly face,but black female staff who works around the casher area unprofessional and rude, just try to ask her 1 questions about the items I was looking for, but she is not helping,she give me attitude,even her facial expression was very unfriendly and unprofessional,even if she was busy,she don't have to respond with attitude and unfriendly face,really need to be professional

I am a customer of Chase Bank since the time it was called "Chemical Bank". Never have I had any problem and have always received good service until today, when I met a teller called Victoria. She was rude and questioned my requests - starting with my request for hundred dollar billis in exchange of twentys which I had just withdrawn from the ATM machine. She said "why did the ATM machine run ourt of hundred dollar bills?' That was an odd thing to ask a customer also because she was not busy and was simply chatting and laughing with two of her other colleagues. I was wondering if Chase paid her to chat and laugh with her colleagues or to help customers with their requests. Throughout my time there she was rude, cocky and muttering under her breath. She reluctantly gave me the hundred dollar bills and before I could put forward my second request she just stopped helping me which meant that I had to take out my ATM card for a second time. I think Victoria definitely needs more training in how to deal with customers and people in general because working at a bank being a teller or a manager means being polite and knowing how to deal with customers with respect. By the way the manager and other people at this Chase branch have always been very helpful, polite and give excellent customer service - except Victoria.

Terrible customer service from the teller today - Victoria. Avoid her. Claimed she couldn't find my son's account and basically accused me of lying when all it was she couldn't be bothered scrolling down the list of accounts to find his. AVOID HER!

I’ve been here plenty of times where the fruits are growing Mold . Today kiwis were molding and I purchased a orange juice that says “best by August 1st” on August 25th. Didn’t notice until after I took my first drink.

You’re paying Whole Foods prices for key food quality. Place hasn’t been renovated since they opened probably. Anyone who says it’s priced fairly has never been to a Trader Joe’s. It fine if you need a quick item but FiDi and BPC is in desperate need of a better supermarket

They have the absolute worst analysts working here. One in particular who's name is Joseph Spak. He actually lied about Lordstown and gave it a $1 PT. So blatantly obvious he is paid to give such a poor and misplaced view on a company. Should have given it a just price and you would have looked more respectable. BTW look at his rating. He is a bottom of the barrel kinda analysts. Proceed with caution with any of their advice.

Completely dishonest. The analyst that covers my investments, Joseph Spak, unfortunately has a -8.7% return and is only correct about the general direction of investments about 55% of the time.

I find the staff unfriendly and the checkout is very slow. If they get backed up, other cashiers or managers don’t open registers to handle the backup. Once I just walked out and went to Rite Aid 3 minutes away and got through their queue like lightning.
Price are often outrageous. Again, Rite Aid is a 3 minute walk with great sales.

My boyfriend just went to the store YESTERDAY (Feb 2 2021) and purchased this from Gristedes. WHY are there expired groceries on their shelves?? SEVERELY EXPIRED. SMH.

There were all my needed meals, services, canned goods, etc. Even, the saleswoman was welcoming, hospitable, and pleasant. She was the one I was glad to meet. At this time, I remembered that I was fortunate enough to hit the store today. Keep up with the good job. I'd be coming back soon!

I had a great experience at this branch, with an associate named Jean Robens Dupont, Business Banking Specialist. My card was having an issue, and not only did Jean swiftly expertly take care of the issue, he had the card shipped to a temporary address. My pen also started leaking ink, and he was quick to hand me tissues and hand sanitizer. This guy really anticipates needs! I wish all customer service out there was like this. He even followed up with an email letting me know a summary of what happened and where my card is headed. Thank you!

Very organized an professionally trained personnel. Bankers make you feel at home, and answer your questions and concerns with such a great enthusiasm. Artyom is private client representative has very good PERSONALITY and looks towards clients interest not his. They also provide water , and free pens for customers. Signs on the door say that the location closes at 6, however, at 5:30 the doors were all locked and there were no employees in sight. I've been to this location a few times before and haven't had any problems, but they should keep to the hours they have advertised. I can understand closing 10 minutes early if it's a slow night, but 30 is a little excessive.

Walked in 3mins AFTER they had closed with a debit card issues and Michael Lineberry was overwhelmingly courteous and helpful. We worked on my issue until after 6:20pm and the entire time Michael was kind and incredibly polite. It's for these specific occasions I LOVE banking with Chase.
