Went to TD bank at this location and had a great bit of miscommunication with a teller.If it was not sorted out it would have resulted in seriously delaying an important business I needed to have done, and even cost me financally.Thankfully , Chante stepped in to sort out the situation and she did it like a professional.She was businesslike and patient, problem solved.Also, she advised me as to how to avoid a similar situation in the future.Thank you Chante! TD is better off for having an employee like you. You saved my day!

I don't usually think to review banks, but I have to give kudos to the two lovely associates who literally saved my life today.
I rushed to stop by 20 minutes closing to draw a bank check for a new lease and then leave. That was supposed to be it; a quick in and out. However, while I was in the process of receiving assistance, I felt my blood sugars go low from the rapid walking I did to get to the location before closing. Or who knows what else it may have been -- as a type 1 diabetic, these episodes sometimes just happen sporadically.
Either way, I asked for candy, which the associate helping me asked her colleague for.
As I sucked on a jolly rancher, I realized it wasn't enough, because the numbers I went there for weren't making sense. So as the associate was helping me with that, I asked for literal powdered sugar. Amazingly enough, the other associate comes back in rapid succession with a huge pack of sugar, which I open and start pouring into my mouth. She keeps her cool and asks if I need anything else, an ambulance, water, etc. They even let me use the restroom and waited patiently for me to recover, even if it was after closing hours. The associate helping me with my financials corrected a mistake I had written down during my episode as well.
Unfortunately, I was so out of it, I didn't catch their names. All I could focus on was safely putting my check away and leaving so the ladies could close up, and also walking across the CVS to grab some extra sugar with fat to keep my sugars up on my trip home. Either way, to the two associates who work late on Thursdays, thank you. Your care and serious consideration of what may come off as easily dismissible made the world of a difference to me. It saved me from potentially passing out on the streets.
The value these associates showed me well represented the kind of care they give to their customers. I have no doubt that this is a stellar Flushing Bank location because of these staff members.

Went in for a new card (lost mine) . As soon as I walk in an African American female was already staring me. I was in my porter uniform btw. Ima doorman/porter. When I went to a teller to get a new card, she jumps in mid explanation and says "I got it" . we go to her desk, she looks me up based on the info I gave her, showed her my state ID..she ask "do I have anything else. I say I wasn't aware I needed something better than my ID. She days there's a lot of ppl with my name in the system. I say "with the same address?" She shrugs. As I give her my social, I'll start asking her general questions about my account, her replies were "look in the app". Basically I was stereotyped as soon as I went in. You should have seen the look of disappointment in her face when she realized i wasnt committing fraud. Won't be going there any longer

Been a client for many years, and the other day I was reminded why I changed banks all those years ago. Had some fraud committed with a check I'd mailed, and the staff of Flushing Bank could not have been any more helpful, knowledgeable, or committed to making things right. Smaller banks really are better, in so many ways. I'd imagine that not many people can honestly claim to really like their bank, but for me, it's the truth. They're the best.

I have been with this bank for more than 25 years and just recently I found some problems everything started after the updating I never know exactly my balance and I need to deposit by the cashier otherwise it takes 2 days to appear in your balance and recently I had problems with my back account that needed to be changed they were very helpful but I don’t what happened later when my social security deposit was made it when to my old account why I don’t know the thing is is going to take few days to transfer the money when I needed more. I don complain of the service because they are nice and trying to help but sometimes that’s no enough there are things that shouldn’t happen that’s it

It was the worst experience I've ever had in a TD bank branch.
First, i stood there while the lady was busy counting coins and the other lady was sitting in her desk looking at me, and the gentleman was having a fun conversation with a client at the entrance of the bank. It was only the security gentleman who approached me and asked if i needed any help.
I went there to print a new card because i lost mine, so the gentleman who works there who finally noticed I'm there came to me ,i explained my situation then he tried print me a card but he couldn't, so instead of finding a way to do it or find a solution...he turned to his colleague( the one who were counting coins) and spoke to her in Chinese (im not Chinese so it is disrespectful to speak a language that the clients can not understand, also we are in the states and this is a company that speaks english as first language.)

So I needed to fix an immediate, important problem that required me to attend to a TD branch. Unfortunately, I was near this location. The absolute worst customer service ever. The bank literally had me sit and wait for over a half an hour just to speak to meet about an issue with my account. It’s so terrible at this branch, that every worker at this location watched me wait and all looked confused whether to help their customer or not. One of the WORST experiences. This isn’t a review just for criticism but more so for a more honest purpose. Folks beware.

Do not visit this racist branch. They look at you suspicious if you don’t walk in looking a certain standard.

i was there 3 times in this week for commercial check deposits. every time i was welcomed by nice and humble staff..and i also open a checking account within 15 minutes i got everything including debit card in hand.the young lady who opened account was so professional and with all the info..i strongly recommend this branch of tdbank.

Had a bad experience with another lender was recommended by a broker to work with first horizon. The whole process was extremely less stressful, the underwriter worked swiftly to get the loan approved. They even accepted an appraisal we had done with a different lender, which saved me some money. overall a great experience, and highly recommend them!

We used First Horizon for our home mortgage. As a first time buyer in current market, we simply couldn’t have done it without their amazing program. Experience was outstanding from begin to end. They even accommodated our request to close almost 4 weeks before planned closing date when there was a situation that demanded that. Can’t thank Mario and his team enough.

THE WORST BANK EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I went to withdraw money from the ATM and IT STOLE MY MONEY AND MY CARD. I wasn't the only person affected and the useless excuse for employees refused to help me or the others. Their response? Come back tomorrow! In fact, they hid in the back for 30 to 40 minutes then waltzed out. They are the most incompetent, rude and terrible employres I have had the displeasure to have to work with. THIS "BANK" should be shut DOWN!

I had an excellent experience and didn’t expect to be writing a review about a notary. Her name is Sabrine and she deserves double of whatever they’re paying her. She is professional and well spoken, she did not waste any time and was able to help me get answers to all my questions regarding notarizing the document. Her service is bar none - the best in New York City. I’ve been to other TD Bank branches and had lousy service over the years. This branch was welcoming, punctual and very helpful. I didn’t feel rushed, pressured into buying something and had the vibe that the workers at this branch actually enjoy their jobs and helping customers.

I called to inquire about their currency exchange services and the agent over the phone told me they exchange my currency. When I got there the customer service person told that they actually don't exchange that currency and that the person who gave me that information was misinformed - with at attitude.

They removed me from a joint account without me being present without my knowledge. Then when I went in to close it they told me they closed it for me and didn't mention my removal. Then I find out from the other owner it was not in fact closed and is still open. Pretty sure all of this is not legal/by td rules.

They outlined terms for a commercial deal and then ran the numbers wrong (and did not respond to a call to review), denied the loan, and never responded. It cost us weeks of time in our deal and rates have gone up. I regret having trusted them and would advise you not to go with them for a commercial deal.

I've dealt with many banks and worked in a major bank for over 12 years. My grandmother used to take me here as a kid when it was Harlem Savings and it wasn't until many years later when it was Apple Bank that I came here on my own, as a much older adult. I'm very glad I did. I've not dealt with the teller line here yet but the customer service team is superb and they take very good care of you here. They are kind and respectful and provide great service. You never feel like just a number here. Yes, you will have to wait a bit to see someone but it will be well worth it.

I can't understand why there are so many poor ratings for this branch. I have been banking here for 5 years and now go in regularly with a toddler and both the security and staff are always pleasant, quick and knowledgeable. The only drawback of this location is, after hours, there tends to be people sleeping, smoking, and drinking in the ATM lobby. So always use caution when handling money out in the open. That said, I have never had a threatening experience in that lobby, even after hours. Just try not to walk past the 7-eleven around the corner when you leave because that place DOES get rowdy.

Friendly and corteous service, especially the one teller I had. She went out of her way to be helpful and greeted me with the most beautiful smile I have ever seen behind a plexiglass window. Very cautious with Covid hygiene and protocol which I appreciated.

Ayer día 1/25/21 a 2:45 pm y sali 4:20 pm.Horrible servicio solo había 4 personas antes que yo, para servicio al cliente y tuve que esperar 11/2 hora y media para un servicio de 3 minutos.. Solo habia 3 personas atendiendo ademas de 2 cajeros. Pero se la pasaban dando vueltas y hablando de cosas que no tenian que ver con el trabajo. Cambio de Banco.

It's really true .. TD makes a big deal about being friendly and customer focused in its advertising and I have to agree completely.
I've been in a number of branches in Manhattan and they are all as good as this one ... wonderful hours and great service plus always free pens and candy.
Atms are great too ... I really use them most of the time but the few occasions when I've gone inside the branch, service is always the best.

I just need to take a moment to shout out Joannie and her impeccable customer service. She went above and beyond to assist me and is one of the sweetest people I've ever encountered in customer service, let alone a bank setting. Everyone at this particular branch is nice, but Joannie is truly a gem!

Great customer service. Shazeila was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very different TD banking experience than we're used to in Miami. NYC TD has it together and this branch was great!

Very big space but very little amount of workers. I understand apple bank isn't as big but considering how many older people use this bank, you'd think they'd have more people working here. Weekday on a morning, too busy to want to stay around, only 3 tellers and they seem to not insist on moving faster. I wish they would hire more employees to help out the older folks.

Nice customer service! This bank is located at the busiest location. During lunch time or after working hours it gets very busy.

I went there this afternoon to make a cash deposit. I usually use the ATM machine for small amounts but this time I was carrying close to a grand in 20 dollar bills so I planned on waiting in line for the teller, just to be safe. (I didn't wanna take a chance on the machine not counting my money properly and having to dispute, etc.) But then a very pleasant female associate offered to help and assured me that I'd have no problems with using the ATM to make the deposit. I even joked, asking if she really was a TD bank employee, because she offered to physically check the condition of my bills --if there were staples, or if they were folded/torn -- before I fed them into the machine. She explained how to avoid problems with the ATM. I can't recall her name exactly, it sounded unusual for me..but I think it starts with an S...like Shezallia or something like that. But I think her desk is the first to your right when you enter. She is the epitome of customer service! Keep up the good work!

They got some new faces and the place looked better managed this time than my previous visit several months ago. All I needed today was to print out a card so I decided to give it a second try and it's on my way back from Wholefoods anyway. Now I am glad I did. Alan is very helpful, efficient, and business appropriate. I don't know why, most of the time, everywhere I go things seem normal to me. I rarely got pissed off.
Anyway, nice

Horrible customer service, Tasho (female employee) has a bad attitude and unwilling to help. She is obnoxious and needs to be trained in providing better customer service when I went in to get a updated credit card and request an adjustment to a monthly maintenance fee. Skip this branch and go elsewhere.

The lest convenient bank. I rather deal with other bank a 1000 over then deal with that branch. I like to do things quick and easy. I have my pin, my Card, my phone with app log in and answer to all security question and other ways that prove i am the owner of my account and still can't get an emergency withdraw. Was that bank made for Chinese only they are just that bad. Thanks God i have other bank account. I'll just do my business else where. That's nonsense. Add their customer service put me on hold for over 1 hour then hang up. I stood to see how long they will not use the line just to not working with me. It is amazing how poor customer can be. Smh wow

Excellent customer service, only annoying thing is - they used to open @7:30 am but now changed their time to 8 am. For the wall street area not a good thing!

Very professional personnel, polite, helpful and kind. Although the only fly in the ointment is the fact that they didnt let me took photos inside. Strange attitude, for them is a free publicity.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a supervisor. After giving up waiting on the phone over a half hour with customer service, I called this branch and unfortunately got this supervisor named Natasha who was rude, confrontational and argumentative. All she needed to do was resolve my simple issue, but instead told me "no, no, no" constantly talking over me. After an unnecessary combative conversation I was shocked and horrified by the nightmarish customer service experience. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this branch at all costs.

Very polite service, nice oldschool vibe in the structure layout, high ceilings and 80's music usually on, really nice atmosphere. Friendly, but also a little crowded on the expected days .. Saturday, Friday, the first and third day of the month. It feels like this could have been a location for a 70's-80's movie . Makes me smile

Unproductive unprofessional. Nice people but this is more like a social gathering than a business. They take personal calls do personal things while serving you. They also tend to other people and reveal other people's personal information like credit scores and loan approvals. The people are nice just that it's not a professional environment.
