Customer service is horrendous, staff lacks communication skills. Requested for mortgage note and voiced an issue in logging in as they’re using an encrypted system via Microsoft and clearly aware the email they’ve sent this is Google. How are clients suppose to gain access to a file that cannot be accessed? Even after voicing the log in issue, the same loan officer blatantly ignores the issue at hand and continues resending the same copy & paste link to download a file inaccessible.
The only reason this bank and other smaller banks still exist is thanks to the poor suckers who lack knowledge or capability of getting better loans.
I’ve dealt with enough mortgage loans (conventional, fixed, variable) to understand how variable works. Usually it’s reassessed based on market rate every 5 yrs (or some longer depending on term), but this bank offers a variable rate that’s reassessed on an annual basis. It’s highway robbery.
They make instant few grand just on interest, no wonder they’re still around. Anyone with common knowledge and have a good income history please avoid at all cost.
