Chatime

Bought bubble tea twice at Chatime Hillary’s boat harbour and i’m never going back. The worker who was a guy made our drinks, i ordered matcha milk tea, regular sweetness and it was horrible. It tasted like straight up water, hardly had any sweetness in it. It had the tiniest hint of matcha 😭 i’m a matcha lover and this is very disappointing. It happened once, i tried to give chatime another go, but nothing changed.

I got Pearl Milk Tea and Jasmine, and they were excellent! The ordering process is straightforward, even with a bit of a lineup. Despite other tempting ice cream shops around, I couldn't resist grabbing a milk tea from Chatime. Kudos to them!

The young guy working today (15th October) at 6:50pm told me they weren’t taking any more orders even though they close at 8. I then left and walked past chatime to find they were still serving people. I come to this chatime all the time I don’t know if it’s because I’m a person of colour but I felt extremely judged.

The taste is not good at all, the cream mousse taste like Wasabi for some reason, never tried something like that. My friend Jon even feel stomachache after drinking chocolate milk tea. One more thing, this whole thing charged me 10 dollars. And the brown sugar is not good not gonna lie, it tastes different, weird.

My two boys and I were so happy to discover Chatime. Such lovely staff, first and foremost. Both times, they customised my drink for zero added sugar. This really meant a lot as I’ve been to places where they end up putting sugar in the end.
Thank you Chatime!! It makes it worth it as a treat every time, and we now have to have them everytime we go to Hilary’s 🥰

Chunky! I ordered a taro milk tea (around $8) last Thursday (i'm pretty sure thats when i ordered) which is what I usually order, smooth and fine at other locations but this drink was chunky. I couldn't drink it because it was gross. The drink was also very overpriced for the quality, it had barley any flavour and was chunky. After I received my drink the lady was talking to another lady *both laughing* and kept staring at my drink as if something was wrong. Very disappointed.

I’m a serial bubble-tea addict and buy one almost every day. Tried the Thai milk for $8.45 which was nice but kept coming across little unknown ‘bits’ which I couldn’t drink/eat/swallow. Returned it and got another one but had the same issue. She said they were tea leaves. She also added ice after telling her no ice. Ended up going back again for a refund. Very disappointing.
