Interval International absolutely terrible experience with this time share banking company repeatedly. Showed up to vacation(booked June 6th for Aug 19-26)only to find that my reservation had been cancelled by Interval without notification or explanation. It was late on Saturday evening as I scrambled to make alternate arrangements for my family or 6, they are doing nothing to rectify the situation. I'm out additional unplanned expenses during vacation and this is 100% a failure on their part. I had to book an alternate location and pay a new transfer fee. Calling their customer service, and escalation team yielded no refund for the original cancellation. I highly advise against doing business with timeshares that use interval as their banking agency. It's been 10 years of headaches, terrible customer experiences, unfulfilled obligations and in this case... Flat out theft of my money. This post could have been avoided by simply doing the right thing and issuing the refund owed to me as a result of THEIR MISTAKE. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

I have been an Interval International member for 20 years. The call center operators and entry level support is a luck of the draw. Sometimes good, sometimes just hopeless in their efforts.
HOWEVER: The executive relations office is a professional and caring group of people I am fortunate enough to say I have had the pleasure of speaking with.

Service is horrible!!!! They never have an answer, they never have weeks available, you pay yearly and not able to use it. Horrible experience!!! So mad!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! They want to handle everything by phone and not deal with real people!!!!!! I am cancelling my resort week because service here sucks!!!!
