Lovely little post office with a wide range of items for sale, Stationary, gifts etc. Staff always helpful and friendly. Not much of a queue compared to other post offices. Usually have an easy experience here
Sophia is an amazing and super professional. She is helping costumers by listening patiently to them and addresses all the questions.
The manager is very nice and professional. On the other hand, the lady who works behind the stationery section is abrupt and rude. She lacks customer care and never once asked my purpose of lining up but immediately pointed to the arrows to walk to the far end of the post office counter where there was a long line of people. What is the point of having a stationery section ? Tried to explain I didn’t need any post office service but the lady wouldn’t listen and even walked out of her stationery area to point to the arrows on the floor yet a gentleman who came in same time as me holding a parcel was allowed to wait in the stationery line. In the end, I just left and got what I wanted from MColls the newsagent across the street.
Friendly service. A lot of items in stock, but it can be a bit difficult to move around if there's a queue for the post office counter. There's a separate counter if you don't need the post office
I am really disappointed with the service I just received in this post office.
I made a payment for something and paid and extra £10 without realising (my own fault, I know).
When I went back I spoke with the man behind the counter he denied it.
I am so appalled that people can blatantly do that and not say that you have over paid something without feeling guilty!
I had just withdrawn the cash and handed it all over instead of leaving £10. I will never use this post office again as this is very disappointing and dishonest.

Quite a few dawdling grumpy customers complaining about nothing holding the que up but the staff are excellent. Always helpful when I bring the pram in too

Always friendly and helpful. I've never waited long even at peak times. Good selection of stationery and packing materials.
